      We stayed at the wayside house 9/9-9/11 and it was in extremely poor condition. Several broken beds, broken leaking sinks, large presence of black mold, and overall not as advertised by the website. I have asked multiple times to speak on the phone with management without success. I received an email stating no one else has reported concerns previously. The email also stated I was offered a refund and different accommodation for that night which is false. List of concerns Two broken pull out beds Kitchen sink broken pipes leaking and mold underneath Plywood sheet under bed covering a large hole in the floor in one of the rooms No smoke alarms/carbon monoxide detectors (its listed on the website that there are)Kitchen table top is not secure to the base and tips over (we havent been able to use it)No picnic tables outside like the pictures (there is one rough patio set in which most of the chairs are broken)1st Bathroom door doesnt open/shut because it drags on the floor due to obvious warping Both Bathroom doors dont shut all the way or lock Multiple outlets dont work Light switches that dont work (maybe burnt out light bulbs)Stairway to open space extreme fall hazard and not listed online Misleading photos, cabinets are different and some are missing. Most cabinet drawers arent functional because of the rough condition. The Photos listed online do not show the extent of damage to the house Soft spots in the floor noting obvious water damage and settling of tiles Back bathroom has no hot water handle for sink No outside patio railing is a safety concern Grease trap wasnt clean in the grill so we had a grease fire that we were able to promptly extinguish I feel that we have been misled by the listing of this house. I feel that we have extremely over paid for this vacation rental considering the extent of issues and damage to the house when we arrived. I would like to discuss our options for, at the very least, a partial refund of what we paid
