    My roof is leaking in between in my wall and ceiling of my house. I had 2 different companies come out and tell me the roof was not put in correctly. I texted ***** and he said he is not coming back out and said it was a warranty issue. He said the only thing he warranty's is the paint. My house is 5 1/2 years old. The roofers I consulted told me it is a warranty issue. My son is going to have the same problem and they said he is going to have the same problem.

    I want them to pay to get this corrected, to write a check to get my roof and walls correctly.

    Cost to repair the roof that was incorrectly built (waiting on official bid around 4,500) .
    Cost to repair the concrete that was not done correctly file attached.
    Reached out to builder and was told he would not pay or repair either "He is done working with us. Also it is what it is."

    I got my money I just pulled off the job and got all my material and met with his dad. They were upset and bringing dog doors and jacuzzi tub build closets and nothing was drawn in.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    The response does not reference the garage floor being finished incorrectly causing me to pay to fix the poor job done by Madsen Construction.
