The business is not what it claims to be. They provide pack mentality boarding. Which is just code for boarding dogs in close quarters. They require employees sign an NDA about the facility. They dont want clients to know what goes on behind closed doors. Dogs get bitten and are kept in small rooms with only one staff member watching 200+ dogs. It is not safe nor what clients believe they are getting. They are understaffed and dont provide adequate care for the dogs. I paid 58 a night.

    Business Response

Im happy to attempt to address this individuals concerns which seem to stem from misinformation.

Our Pack Mentality Boarding is not code for anything. It is a small group boarding style and the size of each groups enclosure (ie. Room) exceeds the sizing required by the ******************* of *********************** employees do sign an NDA, but like all NDAs, this would not prevent them from revealing information that is illegal. In fact, the scope of this NDA only covers things like sharing customer lists with competitors, sharing price lists, personnel information, supplier lists, etc. Basically an attempt protect valuable information from reaching competitors.

As for boarding numbers, the stated figure of 200+ would be quite impressive, and truthfully would be amazing if we could do that. Holidays are our highest volume days by a large margin and since Independence Day is only a few days from now, I can safely use that as a baseline in reality. We will have only 84 animals in our care which is a fraction of the capacity provided by ******************* of *********** regulations.

And lastly, as for staffing. Im not sure on what basis this is being evaluated. We are staffed 24 hours per day with 3-4 people on-site on a normal day (ie. Non-holiday day) unless (1) someone was sick, AND (2) no-one else was able to backfill the position. Having both of these circumstances happen is quite rare.

Ultimately Im not sure where this complaint or misinformation is stemming from, but it seems that it would appear to be a disgruntled prior employee who maybe works for a competitor.
