    Smart Foundation have great customer service and satisfaction! I was very impressed with the quality of their work and especially with the workers. They worked very hard for 3 days to correct the issues with my basement. They were cheerful and professional. My basement is much safer and even looks nice!!! Thank you to all I met at Smart.

    We were very pleased with the Smart Foundations team. We had a couple minor issues/questions that were quickly addressed and the team went above and beyond to make sure the project and communication was done well. They left the areas they worked cleaner than when they arrived. We will definitely work with then again as we work to finish our basement.

    Angel and his crew, Marcedonio and Exequiel were great! They were on time, professional, and very hard working. Angel spent time explaining the procedures and processes, and was very willing to answer all my questions. When something came up, Angel would always seek my thoughts on it. The crew took care to salvage my bush outside and completed the work in the least invasive manner as possible. I found Angel and his crew and all the staff I worked with at Smart Foundation to be very supportive and helpful throughout the process.

    Smart foundations team was great! From the clear explanation during the sales/ inspection process, to schedule communication, to the Work itself. The braces installed in our basement are sturdy and we are happy with the work.

    We’ve had two projects done, both to quickly remove water in the basement and to stabilize foundation walls. Both project teams have been professional, efficient, on time, and thorough. They’ve answered questions to explain why and how certain strategies will work for our home. They have been respectful, and cleaned up so well before going! I wish I could remember all of their names: Salesman Anthony, foremen Eddie and Christian and Tello. There were others too… Thank you!

    I had a leak in a basement wall. The crew (3 men) from Smart Foundations hand dug 4 feet down to expose the foundation wall down to the footing. They used an epoxy sealer on the wall and footing and then sealed it with asphalt tar waterproofing. The also extended 3 downspouts to get water away from the wall.
    The men were very efficient and treated me with respect as they answered my questions.
    I highly recommend Smart Foundations for any basement water problem you might have.
