This bank is years behind the power curve. They still charge a monthly fee for an account unless you have a certain amount in your account, unlike most other financial institutions, because I havent payed for a checking account in I cant tell you how many years. Unsecured loans are not a thing here, even though they make a bank the most amount of money. The BBB has not updated the ownership, as it has changed and ***** has made a lot of decisions within the bank which are poor. After talking to employees, it seems they are treated extremely poorly by management day in and day out and it also seems management is fostering a hostile work environment instead of an environment to grow and excel. Now, while this bank does almost no unsecured loans, they will do secured loans, at interest rates that are normally seen in unsecured loans. There is nothing good about using this financial institution, from banking, to loans, or even employment. I literally have nothing good to say except whenever you walk into the branch you dont have to worry about talking to many people, because its a whole bunch of offices, and no people, which is because they cant keep people on staff, and because they refuse to hire and train quality people.
