    Date of initial transaction: 06/20/24 Amount paid: $200.00 Company: 4Everhome Warranty Attempt to get my $200.00 refunded, but denied by said company, I'm also asking for a refund of $30.45 for overnight **** mailing of my handwritten cancellation request and refund. I've contacted the company numerous times, but was never able to get the help i needed, but rather they attempted to keep me in their system so they would not have to refund me is the abbreviated message. I've uploaded documentation that I kept track of as well as their marketing card that caught my attention, as it stated that I could register for uninterrupted protection. That alone was false advertising.

    Please see the attached copy of the $4.04 refund check from Eleras Group / aka / ************* dated October 3, 2024. They did not respond with the amount they would be refunding regarding the request, nor did they state a date that such would be released. I do not agree with their statement at this time.     Please see the attached copy of the $4.04 check that was refunded to me on Oct. 3, 2024. Your response to BBB did not state the amount or the date that the remainder of the refund would be sent. I look forward to a fair amount due to the circumstances that occurred. That information was received by your firm on June 24, 2024. Today is December 26, 2024.

    This response appears to be the same as their initial response. Neither of which provided answers to my questions regarding an anticipated date and the amount of the refund. I cannot accept this until I have something in writing from them other than what appears to be a canned response to situations such as this. What should I do now? Reject it again?

    I filed a complaint almost a month ago demanding an immediate refund of my money from these scammers. Here we are one month later and ZERO response. I know you can see my information and I told you guys if you do not refund the payment immediately then I would be contacting the consumer protection divisions and the department of justice. It appears that I was taken for a fool and thought these promises were empty. I will be contacting them immediately unless I receive my refund check within 14 days.

    I canceled the account/service prior to the due date. I sent an email to cancel, and I also called to make sure it was canceled. However, I still receive phone calls and emails stating that payment is due.

    I am writing this on behalf of my mother who is 93 and blind. Eleras/4Ever Homes fraudulently charged her for an home insurance policy. A representative lied on a call saying my mother called them to get the policy and she listened to call. They would not let me listen to the call and thats because there wasnt one. Being blind and living in a retirement home my mother has neither the ability to make the call nor the need for a such a policy. I discovered they had charged my mother twice on 6/6/24 and 7/6/24 each in the amount of of $275. I was able to get a partial refund of $347 but they would not pay the remaining $203 based on their policy. So they have stolen that money from my mother. The fraudulent account is under my mothers name ********* ********** with the phone number of ************. I attempted to resolve the issue but as mentioned was lied to on the phone. I included my phone and email in the complaint information if anyone needs to contact me. My name is **** **********.

    I had started with this business on 5/7/2024. The vehicle was declared a total loss due to a tree falling on it in July 2024. I contacted ******* at that time to cancel policy # *****************. I was given instructions to submit letter requesting refund and I sent the letter on 7/19/2024. Was informed that the refund would arrive approximately 9/25/2024. It was not. Called them again and a "supervisor" told me the refund would arrive 10/28/2024. Still no refund has been received. Called today and I'm still being given a song and dance about the refund.

    In early Oct. 2024 I received a "time sensitive" letter offer*** a protection plan for my 2024 GMC truck. It cost ****** per month for 24 months and would cover up to 36 months. After check*** th***s over, I found this coverage duplicates the coverage that was included in the vehicle cost. Therefore the Elerus policy was unnecessary. A payment was pulled from my **** card for ****** on Oct 2, 2024. I called Elerus on 10-11-24 to cancel which was within the 30 days. All I got was an argument. On 10-15-24, I sent a letter, registered mail, to the address that was to be used for cancelation. Somehow it was never received. On 10-28-24, I tried again us*** priority mail, as of now they have still not received it. Since then ****** phones us everyday for payment. We just want this canceled and to stop recei *** phone calls. ******* has refunded 2 payments, a third payment with late charges is still in fraud resolution. If they would have just canceled this on the 11th dur*** my phone call this would have been resolved. Thanks

    Was notified by letter regarding vehicle factory warranty on my new vehicle being expired. Called the number and spoke with a ***** he explained that he was affiliated with ****** Dealership where I purchased my vehicle and that my factory warranty had expired and he was able to offer me a warranty for a down payment of $199 for the first 2 years. Received a confirmation number of my payment and a customer service number. I spoke with ****** and they reported they are not affiliated with Eleras Automotive Group LLC and that I have factory warranty on my vehicle and don't need this additional coverage. I contacted Eleras customer service and they assured me that they would cancel the policy and refund my money in 2-3 business days and then when I called back on the 3rd business day since the money hadn't been refunded in my account I was told by a female representative that the refund would be around December 22nd. I later called back same day and was told to check my account at the end of the business day tomorrow. I went to bank and closed the account and opened a new account for fear that they would try to withdraw additional funds from my account. After reading the things here on BBB about the company, seems this company is a FRAUD and ****.

    I dont even know this business. But, I received a notice of a cancellation of service contract for non-payment. I dont even own a car! I have never had any contact with them until today in order to check this Notice of Cancellation. Its fraud.
