    Total scam!! . Was told my 93 year old blind mother called 4everhomes/eleras to sign up for a $275/month home policy that she doesnt need or want. My mother never called and the representative would not let me listen to the call they said they have on file, and thats because no call exists. Stealing money is their game. I managed to cancel the policy and get a partial refund, but they stole $200 from mom. How to these people live with themselves knowing they are lying, cheating, and stealing from hardworking people?!

    THEY ARE SCAM. I try multiple times to cancel called them they were very rude. ****** and ******* are the names who answered my calls. they were very rude and took out money out from my bank account.

    This business is failing to refund funds to me in a timely manner, I cancelled my policy in July and won't refund my remaining balance I fear they are stalling in order to reach an expiration date

    Eleras salesman, ****** ******, called me late October, and intimated he was with **************. He talked about our leased 2024 *******, how ******* likes to keep the electrical/mechanical insurance in effect, and how (though there was no charge for the 1st year), continuing the coverage for the 2nd year would be $149, and for the 3rd (and last year of the lease) year would be $145. I questioned $145 for the 2nd year ("Yes") and $145 for the 3rd year ("Yes"). I'm 84, and never leased a vehicle before. I thought this low (administrative?) fee was what happened with a lease. I said "Okay." He required the 2nd year payment of $149, and I paid by credit card. On 10/31/24, my card was charged $149. On 11/16/24, I received a brochure from Eleras stating I have a contract with them, in the amount of $144.53 x 24 months, for "auto protection." I called Eleras on 11/18/24, *********************************** the accounting department. I explained Mr ****** said absolutely nothing about a contract, that I signed no contract, that he gave the impression he was with ******* and never mentioned he was with an automotive protection insurance company, and this needed to be expunged/deleted. The man replied that, "You don't need to sign a contract. You said 'yes'". I said I did not say yes to what he was trying to sell. He said "This is non-negotiable." The man knew exactly what was going on. I believe this to be a scam and that Eleras Automotive Group should be held accountable for their unethical and devious practices. My credit card company has sent a letter of dispute to Eleras regarding the monies they received from me due to their deceiving practices.

    They posed as my dealership regarding my warranty/service contract. The document I received twice in the mail stated I needed to register otherwise my warranty/coverage would expire. I received packet in the mail and realized it was scam and not my dealership. I already have the coverage I need and not whatever this company can offer. I tried to cancel but they were very rude to me on the phone and left me on hold in my attempt to cancel. Their packet states I can call and cancel at any time. (clearly not). Now they are saying my account will default if I dont pay. They didnt receive payment because Im disputing with my bank about this scam.

    Company would not let me cancel my coverage warranty. He argued and berated me for even considering cancellation. Stalled with the excuse that the computer system was updating my request even though I was on the phone with him for 20 minutes. All he did was argue and refused to cancel my request.

    This is a complete scam, they tried to run my card three times to take my money. I called to see who this company was and what the charge was for a man by the name of ****** answered and was so unprofessional asking if I was dressing up for Halloween, just steering away from my questions, and then disconnected the call. They didn't want to speak or tell me what this charge was for.

    I called this company several times to ask to stop calling and mailing their threatening letters to me to sign up for additional coverage on my vechicle. I also asked to speak with ***** ****** the program coordinator and is constantly being told hes not available and then hung up on. I would never do business with this company due to rude and poor customer service.
