As usual, the staff at the ********* office did their usual excellent job when arrived for my periodic visit. I have always had good experiences at this company.

The hearing instrument specialist was personable, knowledgeable and considerate. I feel that Southwestern Hearing has my interest at heart. The hearing aids are warranted for three years, but the lifetime service is at no additional cost. Prior to finding Southwestern, I made attempts to contact three other vendors. One vendor stated on their website that they do not take phone calls. Another failed to respond to my email that I had responded to on their website. Another contacted me after a referral from my ENT doctor, but failed to get back with me after two weeks.Southwestern Hearing Centers is a multigenerational family business. The owner sent me an email with video attachment that requested that I contact him personally in the event of any dissatisfaction with the product or service. It doesn't get any better than this.Southwestern Hearing Centers
