Southwest Hearing Center was wonderful to us in helping my mother with her new hearing aids. **** is terrific and caring at the front desk and ******** is professional in diagnosing and recommending the appliances necessary for the correction. Smooth sailing from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Am having trouble with my hearing aids with clarification of words in talking situations with other people. I decided to try the trial hearing aids at Southwestern. We met several times for adjustments. I really liked the cooperation of the staff with their patients. The secretary inquired when I would be eligible for a new set of aids. It wouldnt be for a full year. Even though the specialist found a discount they were still offering, the price was out of my budget. I returned the hearing aids to ***, with the stipulation that I would definitely be back next year when I could purchase them through my insurance plan. I really liked working with the office staff as well as the many beneficial features of the Audibel hearing aids.Southwestern Hearing Centers

I got my new Hearing Devices from Southwest Hearing Aids in Eureka, Mo. The brand they handle is Audibel. **** is the Secretary and a very sweet lady. She works well with the patients and helps with what she needs. ********, the hearing aid specialists She works to make sure the patient is happy and the instruments is working properly and the patient is satisfied. ******* and staff sre great. The product is not do good as it will not connect to my tablet or computer. My phonex hearing aids were much superior to the Audible They should offer more than one option.Southwestern Hearing Centers
