Southwestern Hearing has been my go to place for my hearing needs for a couple of years now and the service has been flawless A special shout out to ******** for helping me out of a jam the day before Thanksgiving.

The staff in Eureka is great to deal with. They answered all of my questions and treated me with great respect. They were never a high pressure sell. I truly felt like they were looking out for my well-being, rather than simply make a sale. I highly recommend them. Great customer experience at the **** store for the past couple of years. They treated my 96-year old mother with dignity and respect, and the service is always timely.The **** store is worth the trip just to see *****, the receptionist. She is knowledgeable, personable, and has a great sense of humor. ***** truly does care about her patients, and getting everything right for them appears to be a very high priority, for her.
