      I bought a car in June 2024. Brand new, but had hail damage. I signed a contract that they would fix it. They didnt take the car to fix until July 31st after I asked when they would be fixing the hail damage. They stated they were get it fixed in a week but after the collision shop reviewed the damage they didnt inform the right people to report that the damage needed new parts until 14 days after when I called every department demanding answers. They offered for me to take my car off the lot but I refused since they forgot to fix it the first time. I dont trust their communication in their own organization. I cant trust their word or promise on quality and customer care. Here we are October 22, *********************************************************** second week of October. No car. I have had to use 4 loaner cars from them and the dealers make me feel guilty as they have to turn around and sell these for a discount since I drove them. I am truly disappointed in the excuses and its out of our hands. They have been badgering me for a review on my experience because thats all they care about. They dont care about me as a customer or my purchase of a beautiful car. Any of my friends in the market for a **** will not be recommended to buy or even look here.

      I test drove a used F150 at Pundmann. Later, I negotiated a price with the dealership and sales associate. We agreed upon a price, and I was asked to make a $500 deposit as *******. The deposit was made. We agreed to close the deal early the following week. I was notified Monday of the following week that the vehicle was sold. I'm confident they received a better offer on the vehicle and put my offer in the trash. My complaint is that we had an agreed upon price and this dealership was perfectly fine taking my money, to hold the vehicle on their terms, but if I would have turned away from the same deal, they would have kept my deposit. This is a shameful business practice.

      I took my F 150 into Pundman. Told them there was an issue with the coil in cylinder 3. 4 weeks went but and got a call saying I needed a battery replacement. I told them thats odd its a new ***************** battery and I want to keep it if its bad so I can check it out. They called me the next day and said hey that battery was good after all but you need a new motor. The real and shop ****** agreed compression below 70 on at least 3 cylinders needs new motor. I told them even if thats the case I would still have ignition issues. Was there any spark at cylinders? I got a I think they checked that. I ask what would be the charge to work on that and they quoted me ***** just to work on wire harness with no guarantees that was even it. I towed vehicle from there to Suntrupt Fotd. Next day tech unplugged cylinder 3 replaced fuse for ignition and drove it in the shop. Diagnosed with a bad pigtail on cylinder 3 shorting coil and fuse. Fixed and picked up the next day. Motor was 100 % perfectly fine. Pundman ******** made no attempt to talk to me about the gross miss diagnostic or fraud trying to sell me a motor. I would never use or by anything from them. Im now filling fraud charges against them with the Federal Trade *******************
