We have been buying ** Cat food Renal D for over a year now. This week was the third time we received a case with dented cans, and all of the dented cans were in the center of a sealed case. Dents on tops/bottoms/sides. All the outer cans in the case were not dented, so by looking at the case you'd never know. It is our feeling that they take cans which are damaged during production and foist them on us by hiding them inside other cases. I talked to Chewy about this (they refunded the case and didn't seem surprised), and my vet, who said they have received several similar complaints. Hey RC... with what you're charging, don't send us your dented cans! I'd really rather my cat doesn't get sick from your food.

Their Royal Canin Renal Support D wet cat food claims to be a low phosphorus formula, however the second and third ingredient contains liver from chicken and pork. Liver is a high-phosphorus ingredient. They are false advertising and actually endangering already vulnerable cats with kidney issues targeted by their marketing of renal support. They need to be checked for ethical practices.

I contacted the company to ask why their food is so ridiculously expensive and it keeps going up even though they're using the by products that are the leftovers from the meat industry that no human wants to eat. They didn't answer that question. They are obviously getting meat at a lower cost and turning around and price gouging their customers. Their getting away with this because people need to buy the specific prescription foods.

We have fed our dogs (miniature schnauzers) Urinary SO for a few years upon recommendation of our vetrinarian. In the last 3-4 months, I have seen a dramatic change in the content of the can. 6 months ago, you opened the can and spooned 1/2 of it into a dog dish and notice there was some liquid in the can. Today it is the opposite. I poured the contents into a measuring cup and spooned out the meat. By volume, the meat represented of the quantity of the can. The other left was yellow water. I realize times are getting tough, but you will be losing customers quickly by selling them yellow water with 38 chunks of meat in. That's actually stealing, because I haven't seen our price change. Time to look around or not replace the animals upon their demise.

I was hoping to file a complaint against Royal Canin for their continuous price gauging. I had just received notice that the hepatic dry dog food is finally back in stock after almost 3 months of being out of stock. Anytime I called Royal Canin directly I got a different answer on when the food would be back in stock: 2 weeks, we have no idea, its a transportation issue and more. When I went to submit my order through Chewy the other day I noticed the price jumped AGAIN. Before it was out of stock, retail price was $125 for the 26lb bag. Now, it has increased to $135. When I first started using this formula back in August of 2021, for my dog who has liver disease, the price for the 26lb bag was $99. I am continually disappointed that the price has continued to increase without consistent reasoning from Royal Canin. When I called today, they told me the increase in price was due to inflation, transportation costs and to make the formula. I asked why did the price increase coincide with when the food came back into stock instead of months ago when inflation began affecting consumers. This company seems to be taking advantage of their customers and dont care.

I have been feeding my cat Royal Canin SO for over 7 years the price has gone from ****** dollars bag. This price gouging people when they have an animal that requires this food for medical reasons. Royal Canin should be ashamed of them self's for taking advantage of people.
