June 13,2024, we had a privacy fence installed by All About Fencing LLC, Saint Joseph, Mo. 64503. We contacted the company because the job was unfinished, the company came to our residence and started to finish the job, they left and never returned. The company left stain over spray on our car, house and garage door. They left large spots and piles of stain on our grass, and overspray on our car that we paid to remove and sent the receipt to the company. We still do have the job completed and have reached out to the company several times by email, phone and text messages. We feel that this is totally unacceptable and want the job finished or part of the money refunded.

I signed a contract with All About Fencing for $14,300 to erect a wood fence in my backyard. They completed the work on Oct. 2 and 3. The contract clearly describes the fence.

One week after they finished, one entire section (6') fell on the ground. I contacted them by phone and email to tell them about the faulty fence, but it took them over a week to correct the problem. The reason it fell was because it had not been screwed to the adjoining panels. *******, who works there told me it had been windy, which is why it fell!!!!!
Two weeks later the lawn mowing service came to mow the lawn, but their mower would not fit through the gate. She told me that gates should be 60", but mine was only 52" After begging them for weeks, they finally built a new fence, which is only 59" and it is uneven.

On the north side of my yard, the panels were to be two at 5' each and then stairstep down, but that is not how they built it. The first panel is about 4' and the second one shoots up to 5". I raised the concern while they were here, so they tried to make it correct, but it is not. The wood posts are to be 4 X4", but these are about 8" X 8", which means no post caps will fit on them. This tine there excuse was that the ground was not level. This is false and the ground was never mentioned previously.

Also, there were to dig up the old fence posts from my previous fence, but one is still left. She ignored my request to remove the old post

I have contacted them repeatedly via email and phone, but they will not return to repair their mistakes. Even worse, ******* told me I was too demanding and rude. She even said she would pray for me! If I didn't keep contacting them. they would never have returned to repair any of their mistakes.

There is just one reason I kept contacting them. It is to repair the fence to it's correct dimensions. The sizes are clearly stated in the contract.
