    This is the email I sent on August 18th and have not heard anything.

    Good Morning,
    My name is ***** ********. I had my house cleaned on July 30th because I am getting ready to sell it. I live out of town and was able to look at how it was cleaned on August 2nd. I am very disappointed. I paid $395 and the fronts of the kitchen cabinets were not cleaned, there are sticky spots on the shelves in the kitchen cabinets, a windowsill that was not wiped down, spots on the floors that looked like weren’t cleaned, walls that were not wiped down, the bathroom cabinet doors were still dirty and baseboards that look like they weren’t touched. I explained to whomever I talked to when setting up the appointment that I was getting the house ready to sell. Atchison this point I’m going to have to go back in and clean it again before I put it in the market.

    On August 5th when I called and explained what happened the person I spoke to said she would either call or text me when she found out what time and date they could go back in and clean it again. I never heard anything.

    I called again on August 7th explaining the situation and that I never heard back from anyone. The person I spoke to this time said she would call me back after her manager got in. I never heard anything.

    I am frustrated and on the verge of being mad. Atchison this point I would like $200 back because I am going to have to clean it or hire someone else that will effectively communicate with me to come in and clean it.
