    Purchased pool and auto cover from St. Joe Outdoor Living.

    I was to receive pool kit (Walls and bracing, Pump, filter, heater, plumbing and auto cover). Paid 35,000 and then an additional 12,500 for auto cover. We never received the auto cover, the pump, filter and heater).

    Company kept our 35,000 and the 12,500 and we had to re-purchase. Pump, Filter, heater, plumbing cost an additional 13,000. Then the auto cover cost an additional 13,700.

    I am seeking restitution of 47,500 As the only thing we received was the panels for the walls. Everything else had to be bought again.

    I bought a wood insert for 3700.00 and had it installed by this company last November (2021). I have been trying to get this company to come and correct the poor install that was done by them on the chimney cap. I have had no luck. As you see, my insert is getting ruined from the amount of water that comes in everytime it rains. I have probably called over 20 times, and I get the same story....the service guy will call you. Any ideas on how to get this ALL fixed?
