      They gave me a car that say oil change due took it back they say it fix but still say the same then they tell me to take it to good year I call corporate still nothing

      Enterprise kept telling me one way was no problem but when I went to the office to get a car they said they couldn't do one ways. Not even from one large city to another. Enterprises ***** and I highly recommend you use someone else for your rental car needs.

      Left us stranded for almost 7 hours rude employee, *************************. They did not come pick us up we had to pay someone to drive us 30 miles, 3 different locations before we found a representative that cared enough to get us in a car. *****. Waterpark day with the grand kids gone, 200 buck for someone to drive us around gone. Enterprise says we will give you 10% off.. what no apology no tell me about your experience so we can do better. This is a company that is only about the # and not the customer. I will never use this company again

      I rented a car from enterprise in ********* and had it for two weeks, during that time it never left the ****************** and I didn't even use half a tank of gas while I had it. A few weeks after I returned my rental I received an email from them saying they were billing me $87!!! For two citations for parking tickets in ************!! Now obviously I was not in ************ nor have I ever been. I called enterprise and kept getting the run around and was told it wasn't enterprises problem I also got transferred to 6 different people and then finally I got someone who put in a request to void the citations since that wasn't me. A week goes by and I check my bank account and they had charged me the $87, so I called back and they said my request was denied. Horrible company and very Unlawful

      Reserved a car yesterday online and received confirmation email it would be ready for pickup today at 10:30. Received a call this morning at 8:14 telling me they didn't have a car available and wouldn't until maybe in the late afternoon (I needed the car before noon) or tomorrow. I see this as fraud and false advertising.

      I rented a minivan from Enterprise in ********************************************************************). The service was excellent, the car was clean and in very good condition. All contact with the staff was positive - they were professional and courteous. Overall, a very good experience - would use them again.

      This is the biggest ******** company ever. Terrible terrible terrible. Got a flat tire and had a spare put on at a cost to us. The customer service tells us they have a van available at a location near us. We go to the location only for them to tell us that they have no vans and customer service lies to customers all the time. DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE. THEY WILL DESERT YOU ON THE SIDE OF THR ROAD.

      I will give them -0 stars. This company is a joke. Called the number to rent a car, he wasted my time for 30 mins giving out my info. Reserved the ride and was given the confirmation number through email.Drove 1 hr out of my way to pick up my rental. Got there and they told me sorry, its booked. WTF? Needed a mini van to get my mom back from ***** since she broke her leg and I have a sports car that wouldnt work for her. Had to drive back another hr home and make a few extra phone calls to get my mom back. 2 1/2 hrs wasted with this joke of a company. Please use someone else that has their stuff together.

      My vehicle was involved in an accident back on March 7th 2023. Progressive rented a vehicle for me on March 12 and have had 4 different vehicles with 4 different contracts since. All contracts have been paid in full with deposit amount increasing each contact. Starting at 50 and the last at 250. Now I am in a bit of a bind with the settlement and working out the details on my vehicle with progressive but its just a matter of time when I will get a new vehicle. The last contract and final vehicle was returned today as requested, gas level returned at 1/2 a tank, returned cleaner then received and bill paid in full with no question or contesting. This past rental totaled $1560 in rental fees. Pick up date was 5/12. in which all monies have been paid in full and collected by Enterprise. Including the final bill of $256.37 which was today 6/22. This rental was a jeep which I was originally was but it broke down and I had to fin for myself. Which required me getting myself to the airport 35 miles away on a Sunday. My final bill which was paid today 6/22 did not include nor did any previous bills reflect any credit or partial credit for the rental for that Sunday. Instead, for doing business with enterprise, and me overlooking the breakdown and horrible customer service, I was put on the ***** list? Is this normal practice for enterprise to treat paying customers this way. I would love to take my business elsewhere but someone got their feelers hurt and now I can't rent from anyone. I would like some information on how I get off the *** list and possibly getting credit for the day I did not have a vehicle. I would appreciate very much to here from the BBB or a representative from enterprise that can answer the simple question of, How? How, do I take my business elsewhere by getting off this list. I have no outstanding balance, you vehicle does not have a scratch on it and how do I get a refund for my airport trip?***********************

      NEED TO CHANGE POLICY WHEN **** ARE LOCKED IN THE ***** BECAUSE IT HAPPEN TO ME ON SUNDAY 6/18/23 AND THEY TOWED AWAY THE *** WITH ALL MY GROCERIES THAT I BOUGHT FOR MY PARTY AND I SPENT $156 AND MY FOODS WAS NOT GIVEN BACK TO ME OR GIVEN BACK A CALL AFTER I CALL THEM 3 TIMES UP TO THIS 6/22 NO CALL. THEY NEED TO HAVE SERVICE WHERE THEY CAN HELP ON THE **** NOT TO TOW AWAY THE VEHICLE, I HOPE SOMEONE IN AUTHORITY WILL CHANGE THIS POLICY IT NOT FAIR TO CUSTOMERS, ALSO SOME ***S YOU CAN GET TO THE ***** FROM THE BACK SEAT THIS WAS NOT SO WITH THIS *** PLEASE MAKE SOME CHANGES TO YOUR POLICY .
