      Had reservations set for the sixth year in a row at the same location we always rent from. We have always had great experiences with enterprise, I guess that's because we never had to fix an issue. Now here we are 3 days later still waiting for a call back from their "supervisor" after being told many times there were no supervisors. Then being hung up on from the customer support line. Absolutely ridiculous, none of the people I have dealt with had a care in the world, one person said it should be up to 30 minutes before we hear something back then the next said they didn't have a time frame to give me. I understand a lengthy period but don't tell me one thing then something else the next day! Enterprise will not get another dime from my family. Your business will slowly go down the drain of you keep treating customers like this.

      Negligence, Disappointment, and Failure to Provide: Enterprise Car Rental's ******** Ave Location Renting a car is supposed to be a convenient and hassle-free experience, but for one group of customers at Enterprise Car Rental's ******** Ave location, it was anything but. Instead of a smooth rental process, these customers were met with negligence, disappointment, and a failure to provide the vehicle they had reserved.I had reserved a 15 passenger van for a family vacation, but when they arrived at the ******** Ave location to pick up the van, they were told that it was not available. The customers were shocked and frustrated, as they had specifically reserved this type of vehicle for their trip.The Enterprise employee offered the customers a smaller van, but it was not suitable for their needs. The customers tried to explain their frustration and disappointment, but the employee did not seem to understand or care about the situation. The customers were left feeling helpless and frustrated, with no solution in sight.The negligence, disappointment, and failure to provide the vehicle that had been reserved left the customers in a difficult position. They had planned their trip around the 15 passenger van, and now they were left with a smaller, less comfortable vehicle. This put a damper on their vacation and left them feeling let down by Enterprise Car Rental's ******** Ave location.In conclusion, negligence, disappointment, and failure to provide the reserved vehicle should never be the result of a car rental experience. Enterprise Car Rental's ******** Ave location failed to provide the 15 passenger van that had been reserved, leaving a group of customers feeling frustrated and unsupported. This serves as a reminder to all businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction and to handle complaints with care and attention.

      Picked up a giant Ram pickup truck from Enterprise rent-a-car in ********* **. Sent there by progressive insurance.I was expecting a small or medium sized car, but the last non- pickup (a **** Edge) left just as I arrived. The people were nice but selection was non existent.I'm 5'8, 78 years old, trying to climb into a 4 door truck. not very good Enterprise.I stayed overnight in *********, and contacted Enterprise about a smaller vehicle.Enterprise said they would "hold one" for me at the airport if I could go get it.Ok. Went to the airport NO CARS! Only trucks.I've pulled my shoulder out just trying to get in and out of it. So sorry Enterprise, I will report my results to progressive and hopefully convince them to give THEIR CUSTOMERS A BREAK, AND PICK A DIFFERENT RENTAL CAR COMPANY.

      Booked a train trip in ****** and our insurance company directed ** to Enterprise after a deer ran into our car and put it out of commission. Since we were leaving from ******** and returning to *******, we rented a car for a one-way trip from our **** hometown to ********. We thought we'd rent another vehicle when we arrived back in ******* for the trip home. In ************, we called Enterprise in ******* and were told that no one-way trips can be made to the **** Sure would have been nice if someone had bothered to tell us.

      Very poor customer service. I reserved a minivan on 4/21/23 for a trip to ****** 6/8/23-6/15/23.I called on 6/1/23 to confirm the reservation and was told I was good to go. Get there on 6/8/23 and there was no vehicle available anywhere per the manager at the ******** Branch. He said he called me the day before to let me know. First of all, it was reserved almost 2 months in advance-so they should have had one available as agreed. Second, you don't call the day before the trip to let client know. We had to find another vehicle at another rental location other than Enterprise. Drove by an Enterprise on the way there and there is a minivan sitting in their parking area. Very poor effort to accommodate the client and delayed our trip because we had to find something elsewhere. I'm done with Enterprise...

      I reserved a rental on Friday.. picked up the car Monday had a change of heart on the size that I was supposed to get. It was a Standard Size ***** switch over Immediate Size. ****** Sentra. If I knew the car hadn't been cleaned up yet I would of waited until it was. They gave me a dirty rental the only thing clean about it was the mats. That car looked liked it had just come back from a road trip to Georgia. All other cars were reserved so I was stuck with it. Customers shouldn't have to clean up a car that is supposed to be already clean. Highly disappointed with this ******************* In the past I've rented cars from them no problem excellent service this time around not so much..

      If I could I would give them negative stars. They called me last week because my dealership reserved a car for me. They assured me that they would pick me up at the dealership and that they would have a vehicle available for me. They never showed up to the dealership and so some from the dealship had to bring me to enterprise only to find out that they have no cars. They treated me like I was out of line for being upset. Wry rude customer service from the incompetent workers at the ******************* ** location. They are rude and very unprofessional. Disgusting!!

      Everytime I rent from this enterprise, (************ *****, **) and call ahead of time to make sure I can get in a comparable vehicle to what I drive, I receive a smaller vehicle than what I am able to use where my plans then need to be changed, altered, or canceled! I have been extremely disappointed the past several times I have had to use them!! Customer service has been horrendous and no-one cares on making sure the customer is valued or taken into consideration!

      Not a serious business. I rented a car and they did not have a car available for me for a road trip. They called me as I was headed to the location to tell me the car I needed was not available. I made reservations via Expedia and their own corporate website. Deceptive practices. The attorney general should look into them for deceptive practices and price gouging.

      I would like to start out by stating that I am appalled at the treatment I have experienced at this location. I have rented cars from enterprise for over 20 years and this is the first time that I have ever had this much discord.Long story short, I was retaliated against because I wrote a review that was not so nice, and the branch started giving me dirty cars, cars that were not working properly and the Branch Manager ***** and another employee **** had me in tears after being confrontational with me and being unprofessional because i stated i would be writing another review. ***** stated that he would ensure i would not be able to ever write another review for his branch.This Branch has failed to pick me up several times and doesn't like to take me home. I live in a rural area with no public transportation and I have missed several Dr's ************ due to their negligence. They are not putting my appointment times in as I request them, and i am constantly having to reschedule appts and not be compensated in any way. They are purposely doing this as an employee has informed me due to the 1 review out of 10 rentals. As they state, it DINGS this location when a bad review is given and affects every staff member. I suffered a lot and didnt understand why some employees were really not communicating with me and putting me in cars that were below standards.I also feel like this was a racial component because either he's just a mean person or he's a racist so either way it's bad because I should not have been treated like that when I've spent close to $5000 on a rental since September of 2022.
