      We rented a car from Enterprise on June 3, 2023 until June 9, 2023, on a family vacation in ********** **** A huge shout out to the employees both on the pick up and return ends. We especially want to thank ** who went above and beyond when we returned the vehicle. Our daughter and son in law had asked him to save a luggage cart for ** and sure enough, the cart was there when we drove into the return area.As if that weren't enough, we had accidently left our jackets in the back seat, so RJ jumped into a vehicle, drove over to the garage where the car had been taken, and retrieved our jackets.Thank you so much,**** and *******************

      The cars and service is good but once they get your card information, you can expect to get random ghost charges from Enterprise. Corporate theft!

      I worked for Enterprise for 10 years. Was a branch manager and boy has it changed. You book online a week in advance and are left chasing your tail and without a car. Needed a 7 passenger car for a special occasion. Called an hour prior to pickup to be told they have nothing. Not even a solution. Told them I'd be by 2 hours after my reservation but that was the latest I could come. Still no update from the branch and I even called other branches for that size vehicle. Called their customer service line and has my reservation moved to another branch that she said had 2 vehicles to accommodate me. Called that branch to find out they had no vehicles on the lot. Transfer my reservation back to original branch. Showed up to the branch to walk in to an office full of miserable looking people. *** behind the counter asked for my license. Once again to be told sorry we don't have that size vehicle. But he had a friend at another location trying to help. I asked why I wasn't informed and his answer was they are busy and not standing around twiddling their thumbs. Then he said I can call you or you can wait to see if we can find you a vehicle. REALLY!!! I asked him several times a time frame or if he was just trying to appease me. He got so rude. Never in the years that I was a branch manager was a customer treated like a number and with such disregard or dismissed they way I was. He was the assistant branch manager. I managed to get a vehicle from Budget and was treated so kindly and with respect. Loyalty is over for this company. Don't bother renting from them. I know I wont!!

      I have been a loyal customer with ********************** for over 5 years, and they have been mostly great with customer service. I have been using the ********* location for the last few years for my local rentals, and the team there has been great, especially the manager. They brought on an assistant branch manager (*****************) within the last year and he has the "worse" customer service skills ever for the position he is in. The first few times it was an oversight, as I thought he was new and just growing into the business. Today, I canceled my rental because of his disposition and demeanor when I asked for an upgrade. As a Platinum Tier Member, I'm entitled to upgrades, and never had problems until dealing with him. Needless to say I will no longer be working with the Bethlehem branch, and perhaps even Enterprise as a whole. I am a professional who has to deal with clients constantly, and I would never treat my clients in the manner that he has treated me. It's a shame, because **** is a great manager.

      Worst rental experience EVER. I signed up for the their plus program so that I wouldn't have to wait in line and check in. Apparently ***************************** does not follow standard enterprise procedures. There were around ***** people standing around waiting for their car. The e plantation for the wait was the car was either not returned yet or being cleaned. People were waiting for over 2 hours. They may not have ever gotten a car! We ended up going with a different car company that had vehicles available and was more then helpful. We came back when we were leaving and nothing was any different. How is this even legal. You make a reservation, a car should be available when you get there.

      ***************** location is the worst rental company in the world. Gave me a unroadworthy car!!! Wheel alignment was so bad outside of tires looked ok on walk around, inside of tires (I didnt realize til 100km away from rental) were so wore metal threads showing through!!! Took over 2 hours for a tow truck on beautiful summer day. Tow driver was shocked they let this car leave the lot. Deserve zero stars not one.

      We had a great experience with renting a car from Enterprise at *******************************. The car was ready for me to take as soon as I walked into their car lot. I had a 7 passenger Chrysler van that I requested . It fit all of our luggage and all 7 passengers were comfortable . The return was easy and fast and we caught our flight back home with time to spare. Once again, Thank you

      I had a great experience ************ location in ********** ****** and ****** did great work they really helped me out to get the best vehicle And they both were so friendly and helpful and the service was superb. I will definitely refer my friends to this location . These 2 Are so professional and amazing thanks so much for your help with your great attitudes it made my Birthday weekend even that much better !!!! Thanks again ****** and ****** much appreciated..??????????

      Enterprise used to be a good company but has now become completely disreputable. Rented from Enterprise twice this year. Both times despite having reserved a car had to wait for them to get a car from another location. Both cars were filthy and one had multiple scratches on the hood. The rental reps were nasty and unapologetic. (Except one from the first rental who lobbied me to give a great review for that return.) Have now called Enterprise over ten times to get an improper additional driver fee of over $200 reversed. Every time I call Im told that someone in upper management will call back in ***** hours but no one ever responds. Completely unprofessional and worst customer service I have ever experienced.
