    05/09/2025 I went for a hair braiding service and the Braider Fatima did not provide the service to a standard suitable to wear In public and my hair braiding was poor quality

    The customer came in on May 10th, asking for braids over her locs. As a perfectionist, I gave my thoughts on the color choice, letting her know the burgundy hair didnt match the color of her hair. This isnt the first time this has happened, so I wanted to be clear before starting her service. I finished her hair, she loved it. After the customer got home, she called the shop asking for a full refund, saying her hair was ugly and she didnt get what she asked for. Once I told her I wouldnt be able to give her a full refund or redo the entire head for free she continued to come up to the shop with a gun. The shop was full of customers and children. Her exact words I need my hair redone with black braiding hair or someones going to die. At this point the children getting their services provided continued to call their parents. To ease the situation, I told the lady Id touch her hair up but I could not completely redo it for free. She continued threating everyone, until the police came and sorted everything out.
