    This business is a disappointment they tell you one price finish your hair charge you something different they want money with our doing the work and it turns out horrible and they have a horrible finished product it’s never what you asked for and they don’t care to correct the issue only attitude the photo of blonde braids was the expectation I showed this photo when they asked what I wanted the other two are what I received and the shop charges based on length and size so they charged me for small and long but I got multiple sizes and lengths per google this is a know issue with the shop

    We are a braiding shop. We try to do what's best for the customer based on their hair. If they decide to get something else other than out suggestion there is nothing else we can do. Also, when a customer calls we give them a starting price but confirm the price once they come to our shop and show us exactly what they want as well as see their hair type. We're sorry for any inconvenience she experienced.
