      Like many others on this site, I responded to a marketing offer from Anheuser Busch to purchase Bud Light or similar products for a $15 rebate.

      I followed the website instructions on the day of purchase (June 30, 2023, well within the rebate offer window) for a purchase of a 30 pack of Bud Light (met 15 pack or larger minimum) for $28.50.

      Pictures of two original receipts were included from the Pennsylvania-licensed beer distributor along with the requested UPC code.

      I received almost immediate confirmation that my rebate form was accepted, but two business days later I received an email that my claim was denied for "The purchase price submitted did not meet program minimum".

      This is untrue according to the terms and conditions on AB's own website.

      I feel as though Bud Light is using the rebate offer in an attempt to prop up its declining sales that have been well covered in a variety of media, while relying on its rebate servicing company to improperly decline otherwise correct and compliant rebate submissions, which is a deceptive and unfair trade practice.

      They would not honor their 4th of July $15 rebate despite me submitting my entire receipt and completing all fields. Upon emailing a complaint to the email address linked in their response to me, it failed. So basically they denied a perfectly valid rebate and don’t even give me a chance to contest the decision.

      I have submitted rebate requests to anheuser bush for a beer purchase that was made. I received an email stating that my rebate did not pass audit.

      This is an on-going issue. I have submitted requests in the past and always receive the same information. I call and am told that it would be escalated and would hear in 7 -10 business days and nothing happens. I even called multiple times and never get an explanation about why it does not pass audit since the receipt and the upc images are submitted.

      I feel this is nothing but a scam to get the customer to purchase the beer. I have seen others who have had the issue and the company itself says to check with the rebate folks but that is just a vicious circle and the company is not doing anything to rectify the situation.
      I feel that this scam needs to be exposed.

      The company left a number and code to use to contact someone. When I called, it was a recording that said we provide digital response. When I went to that site, there is no chat feature. 
      I feel like this is the same run around that is being provided by the rebate center.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This is the same resolution that was offered before. I spoke with someone from the company who asked if I reached out to the rebate center. I told her I did that multiple times only to receive the same response- I did not pass audit. The representative was going to reach out to them and e-mail me with information that she found. 
      I have not heard anything as of yet. I asked the representative to look at the BBB for similar complaints and that the company should be concerned about the way the rebates are not processed as it is a bad reflection on the company and appears to be a scam to get the beer purchased.

      Anheuser-Busch advertised a $15 rebate for the purchase of 24 pack or larger of one of their products. I bought a 24 pack of Budweiser and sent them a photo of the receipt and bar code per their requirements. I received an email rejection from them saying a PO box was unacceptable. I redid the application using my street address and my claim was rejected again , they said the reason was insufficient purchase , invalid address or invalid bar code- none of these reason are applicable to me. I provided a valid street address, a clear photo of the bar code and the purchase of a 24 pack met the requirements.

      Anheuser Bush called me and agreed to send me the rebate via email but I have received nothing from them after waiting three days after they called. I would be satisfied with the resolution mentioned by the representative. I will wait a few more days before trying to contact Anheuser Bush.

      Anheuser-Busch, I'm writing to express my frustration regarding a recent promotion that I participated in. I rarely drank bud light but I felt it was time to show my support to your company, so I purchased 30 bottles for $31.60 on 05/28/2023. But I couldn't get the $15 your company offered because the receipt is not very clear. I'm not responsible to print the receipt (I can provide my credit card statement and the bar code) and you could identify the date and amount on the snapshot of that receipt if you tried a little bit harder (the receipt is not that unclear).

      I have a $10 rebate debit card from Anheuser-Busch. I put it in my iPhone wallet. I’ve tried it three times. It rejects each time. I tried it for gas at Sheetz. I tried at it Marc’s in the grocery line. I tried it at giant eagle at the front desk in Hartville Ohio . It rejected every time. I read online that even though it says debit card, it must be ran as a credit card . it’s too confusing and a complicated to use. I feel like I’ve been scammed out of $10 … senior citizen. **** ***** * ************* ********************

      I purchased two different products on two separate occasions that qualified for rebates. When submitting them online I followed all directions and supplied receipts and barcodes as directed. I was not allowed to choose any other payment method than the email (electronic wallet) option which I thought was suspicious. Two weeks later I received two emails both rejecting my rebate request. One said it was because date of purchase was not able to be confirmed but I know I took a good picture and the other rejected rebate said not qualified due to the date of purchase. I have no way of resubmitted them because once I took the pictures and submitted the receipts and barcodes were disposed of. I have done several rebates with Anhieser In the past with no issues. Seems very fishy to me that their products are in the dumpster fire right now and then they con people to buy their products with a rebate that ends up being denied. I will never ever ever buy another product from you again. Great taste less filling! Sound familiar?

      Submitted required receipt and product codes for rebate, ad was $10.00 rebate, limit of 6. Sent me a card saying I Submitted over the limit. I have called multiple time and keep getting someone will call or we will email you. No one ever gets back to you. Bought from kroger in MI was in thier ad. Don't know who screwed up on limits, but not my fault. I followed directions. Want my rebate for 6 cases. Thank you

      Budwiser contacted me next day, said they would have a rebate team reach out to me to resolve the rebate issue.       On 6/11/2023, I submitted a request for a $30 rebate and included all the required information (the confirmation is attached).On 6/23/2023, I received a response stating that my application was rejected because of "Invalid Pack Size," even though the receipt clearly states the pack size to be 24 bottles, and the *** confirms it. They sent an email to reach out if there were any further questions. However, it does not include a valid phone number or email address. All submission forms, as well as the rejection email, are also attached.I want this situation to be corrected and to receive my rebate.
