Complaint surrounding rebate offer of $15 for Bud Lite. I received rebate in form of email with link and code to activate, and I followed instructions to receive virtual Mastercard. Fortunately, I took picture of card on screen as the website used to gain access to card is useless, and I have tried for days to use or contact website for disposition. The phone number given just goes to a recorded loop and it is apparently a scam to get people frustrated and just quit trying. I need AB to just send me a check or something physical so that this nonsense can stop and they can stand by their word which caused me to purchase their product.

I'm writing to express my frustration regarding a recent promotion that I participated in. Your company offered $15 off my next purchase if I followed all the necessary steps, which I did. However, despite my compliance, I received a notification that the information I provided was insufficient.
As a customer, I can't help but feel disappointed and misled. It seems that this promotion may have been nothing more than a scheme to boost sales, and I'm left questioning the integrity of your company. I expect transparency and honesty from the companies I give my business to, and this experience has fallen short in that regard and along with your wokeism ideology.
I'm sharing my experience with others and, going forward, I won't be purchasing any more products from Anheuser-Busch. I hope that in the future, your company will take more care in ensuring that promotions are handled fairly and transparently.Business Response

I submitted requirements for 2 - $5.00 rebates for purchase of Budweiser family products on May 1, 2023. I received a prepaid card for only $5.00. There is no information on how to contact the company or rewards center to rectify the issue. I have a copy of the receipts and UPC codes.The same issue happened last year but I was able to find an email address for the reward center; so far I have not had the same luck. They are scamming me for me $5.00 rebates. Each time I submit a rebate and ask for it through email to my email of ************************ they say they cannot verify my home address through USPS. So they keep denying my $5.00 rebates. It’s their promotion and I am doing what I can to comply. I have called twice and their customer service reps hung up on me both times. I feel this is a scam. They are not issuing $5.00 rebates. They are baiting people to buy the product because Nox Fews network messed up their stock prices. I just want my rebate for my purchases.Business Response

Took photos of receipt and UPS barcode and attempted to download both images several times and would not except the 2 JPEGs. I took a photo of my ******* receipt and sent to AnheuserBuschRebates for a 15.00 rebate to be sent to me in4-6 weeks. I had to include my mailing address and name etc. All this was emailed on 2/2/23. Today 04/20/23 I received in email a code to go to a redemption center. When I went there it wanted all other detailed information and a credit card holder agreement to receive the rebate. I did not understand when I applied for the rebate that I would have to apply for a credit card nearly 3 months later to receive the 15.00 for the 50.00 purchase made Feb.3rd. It’s all very scammish and completely unethical. We will definitely not purchase Busch products. Very dishonest.Business Response

I went to my local beer store and bought a 12 pack of tall cans of the Busch light. Upon opening the box I noticed that it had a funny smell, with more investigation I came to find that each can has a smell of like laundry dryer sheets and it's effecting the taste of the beer...I had to put the beer into a glass and I'm the kind of person that doesn't like to drink beer out of a glass. I'm not happy with my experience with this beer and this has happened before bur I'm just complaining now. Please reach out to me if there is any questions you may have
