      I purchased beer that had a $15.00 rebate. Although I received the virtual card in my email, whenever I tried to use it, it is rejected. I contacted Anheuser Busch but no one has contacted me. The rebate will expire on 1/24, so I'm requesting a prompt attention to this issue.

      I am rejecting this response because: I did call the phone number given by the company in an effort to resolve the issue but there's no human person answering. There's a recording stating that we have to resolve issues online.

      I purchased BUD Light to receive the $15 rebate. I was disappointed that I received an on-line debit card. I am frustrated by the fact I CANNOT USE IT!!! I fully realize (now) that the amount eligible to spend to use this card MUST BE $15 or less (I double checked my balance was $15). By luck, I have an order that I am TRYING to make that is for EXACTLY $15. My payment with this rebate card gets denied every time!! So FRUSTRATING! Please issue me a PAPER CHECK for $15.00 as I am unable to use this card.

      I submitted five valid rebates back in February 2023. I purchased the product required, uploaded a picture of the receipt, and I also uploaded an image of the **** They were all ruled "invalid" by the Budweiser rebate team with the vague reasoning of "Your rebate request did not pass our audit process." I called customer service and they could give me no information as to why my rebate was invalidated. All they told is that it would be escalated and I would hear back in 7-10 business days. 7-10 business days came and went and I got no response so I called them to followup on my request. Again, they could tell me nothing other than it would be escalated and that I'll hear back in 7-10 business days. Again, I received no response in that timeframe, so I followed-up again. Still, I got the exact same response. It was clear that they were giving me a total runaround so I eventually just let it go after trying this two more times.Well, now yesterday I decided to submit a new rebate. I followed the instructions and submitted the rebate as required. I just got a notification just like the ones I received in February of "Your rebate request did not pass our audit process." Since I know their customer service is just going to treat me like they treated me back in February, I have decided to make a complaint here.

      A Budweiser representative named ****** contacted me via email at 10:12 CST on November 17th, 2023. Upon receiving the email, I responded (see the complete correspondence record below) with additional information in the hope of resolving my issue. I will update my case after receiving further correspondence.

      Furthermore, the Budweiser representative's assertion that the Budweiser corporate office does not "handle rebate submissions here at our corporate office" is inaccurate. While it may be true that Budweiser contracts a third party to handle and process rebate submissions on their behalf, Budweiser is still responsible for ensuring that their chosen contracting company upholds excellent customer service standards. Budweiser's decision to contract with a company that adopts a policy of leaving customers in the dark during disputes and repeatedly promising follow-*** in 7-10 days that never materialize reflects poorly on the Budweiser brand.

      Given that Budweiser's contracted company refuses to speak with me in any manner whatsoever on this issue, my next step is to speak with the contractor.  The contractor is Budweiser.  It is in Budweiser's best interests to be knowledgeable if and when its contracted company fails to uphold its contractual obligations.

      Unfortunately, it appears that multiple submissions were submitted and honored under the same receipt. Per the terms and conditions, this would be considered fraudulent submissions; therefore, they will not be honored. 

      I can reach out to the My Beer Rebate team to see if they can make an exception and allow for you to submit future rebates, but as of now, because this account is considered fraudulent, you can not participate in the rebate program.

      I follow the terms and conditions for rebates very closely and ensure that I am in full compliance with them.  Depending on the terms and conditions, some rebates do in fact allow multiple submissions and I very often choose to take advantage of those.

      However, now that I am aware of the issue, I'd like to note that a similar incident occurred with another rebate company in the past.  The problem was rooted in their lack of attention to detail when reviewing the receipts I submitted in accordance with multiple submission rules.  In contrast to your rebate company, which has a troubling policy of leaving individuals in the dark with a vague statement of 'Your rebate request did not pass our audit process' and refusing to provide any explanation when called, merely assuring a follow-up in 7-10 days that never materializes, the previous rebate company took the initiative to explain the issue to me, enabling me to address and resolve it.  

      When I notice the opportunity to submit for a rebate twice, I typically buy the required products simultaneously but in separate transactions. However, when both receipts are uploaded, they seem identical, listing only the single product and the total amount. If the reviewer were to scrutinize more closely, they would observe that the transaction numbers and timestamps on the receipts differ, indicating distinct purchases.

      In other instances however, I opt to buy multiple required products in a single transaction and upload the same receipt. Since the receipt is a duplicate image, automated fraud-checking measures flag it. This design flaw becomes apparent when, for instance, rebate terms permit two submissions for buying a single case of beer. If I purchase two cases on one receipt and upload it twice, the system erroneously flags it as fraudulent even though I have followed the rules.

      I just combed through the terms and conditions of several Budweiser rebates.  I could not find anything within them to support your claim that one cannot use the same receipt to qualify for separate rebates as long as the required purchase is made.


      IE: Say there are two separate rebates that each give $5 for a single purchase of a case of beer and each rebate lets you make two submissions. By purchasing two cases of beer, you have satisfied the requirements for two submissions of both rebates.

      With all due respect, this conversation has absolutely nothing to do with trying to obtain permission to *****, modify, disseminate etc. the content on your employer's website.  Given that, I do not know why you are quoting the part of your website's terms & conditions that I am not allowed to take Anheuser-******* website design and content and publish it as my own.  It has literally nothing to do with a rebate.


      I am referring to Budweiser rebate's terms and conditions which do not say anything prohibiting me from using a single purchase to qualify for separate rebates when said single purchase satisfies the required purchase for both rebates.  For reference, I have copy/pasted the terms and conditions of a rebate.  As you will see, there is nothing within them it that supports your notion.

      I have an account with ** ***** to buy merchandise. My account username is ***********. I spend over $50 thousand dollars a year and always pay on time and have never had any issues. For some reason my account has been suspended and I have tried contacting ** ***** regarding the issue multiple times without anyone telling me a reason why. I have tried emailing over 4 times and left a survey with a statement to have someone contact me to explain the reason behind the issue but no one has reached out. I have a statement that they have charged me over $5 thousand dollars recently on the Oct. 31st statements but can't access my account to see what was ordered and what the status is of the order. I have no clue what is being bought and want an explanation but can't get any answers. I have proof from my credit statements if needed.       Purchased a 30 pack of bud light based on the $15.00 Labor Day rebate advertisement. Uploaded all supporting documentation to the website on the date of purchase (8/31/23) and received a tracking number. Was told to allow 4-6 weeks for processing a review. Never received any further correspondence from the company and when you click on the link to check the status of your rebate it takes you to an unclaimed website domain.       I did not receive my $15 rebate for 4th of July promotion. Tracking number was assigned and status received "Fulfilled Your rebate is valid. Please allow 10-14 days to receive your rebate." I am asking the company to fulfill its obligations. Otherwise, I would assume this is a case of false advertising.
