I have followed their requests/directions to an extreme, submitted it well within their deadlines and have a Tracking #**********. My submittance has been verified. I have called the rebate center 3 times, they state I should receive the rebate within **** business days. I wrote a letter to them and have had no response. I have contacted Budweiser; they sent an apology email yet no resolution, I have responded back to this email 3 times without any response. This is the second time of dealing with ***'s rebate center. The last time, they said they could not read the date on the store receipt that I originally sent them by mail and ask me to resend the info?? so they cut me off and did not honor that rebate. I have wasted hours in attempting to receive these rebates. It is more of a principle now. I hope I do not get cheated by Budweiser again!! Please knock on their door and let them know this is unacceptable business practices. The attached photos are 6 of the 8, I originally submitted on 5/24/2023, other 2 were of add'l duplicates, just in case they could not read something!! Thank You!!

      I am rejecting this response because:
      ******* is offering to send a $15.00 payment. This situation has been ongoing for 41/2 months and A-B's did not reward me a different rebate I submitted. After these experiences, I truly believe the process of A-B's rebate system is defective by choice. Procrastinate and hope the consumer will either give up or forget. I have requested a $100.00 payment. My time & effort is worth as much as anyone else's, actually in my eyes, ***************. I should be requesting 2 or 3xs more. Thank You

      I would like to give BBB an update from my conversation with an Anheuser-*****. representative (his name is *****). ***** has promised me a $60.00 credit payable by check. ***** quotes "this may take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive". We have reviewed my address to confirm the accuracy. If this promise/agreement does occur, this would close my complaint. Yet, with it being 2 to 3 weeks before I can validate, I would like to keep this case open till the receipt of this payment. I truly appreciate your help with this matter! Thank You, ***

      I submitted three $15 rebates on July 5th 2023 or so and only got 1 rebate for $15 back. I have called Budweiser multiple times about the other 2 rebates and they just keep telling me to call back in 7-10days, nobody has time to keep calling back to sit on the phone and be told the same thing every time. I called today 10/06/2023 asked to talk with a supervisor and none were available. They accepted my rebates now I just need my money. I can provide the tracking numbers for the 2 rebates if need be.

      I am rejecting this response because: after this complaint I only received one rebate and there is one more rebate still I have not received. I did call Anheuser-***** rebate center on 10-10-2023 and was told to call back again in another 7-10days for my last of three rebates.

      I have submitted several rebates for AB products. These submissions were rejected as no qualifying product purchased - **********, **********. The offers terms say 'purchase ********* family 12 pack'. There are no specific brands listed in the terms, it just says that, ********* Family.

      ********* brand beer that I purchased is owned by *********, and is part of their family. Yet they refuse to honor it, and mention 3 particular brands that the offer is valid for, in their response to me.
      Again, the offer itself lists nothing other ********* family. Either the offer terms should list those 3 brands, and not be vague, or if they are being that vague, then *********, that is a ********* brand, should be honored.

      I have two tracking numbers, each for a $15 rebate for applicable Bud Light purchases. One is #********** and the other is #**********. All necessary rebate information (register receipts, UPC information, etc.) was submitted online on July 4, 2023 at 7:30PM, and the other on July 5, 2023 at 5:10PM. Bud Light (Anheiser Busch) states that rebates will be received in 6-8 weeks. It has now been close to 3 months (about 11 weeks) and I have not received my rebates. I called Customer Service on September 5, 2023 at approximately 2PM, and was told I would receive the rebates in one week. That was 3 weeks ago. Please assist in obtaining my rebates. Thank you.

      I have submitted rebates for AB products in June 2023. AB-**** Tracking # ********** $15 x 2 submissions= $30 Virtual GC AB-**** Tracking # ********** $5 PayPal AB-**** Tracking # ********** $10 PayPal I contacted the rebate site via phone on 8/10. All rebates were verified and escalated, and were to be processed in **** business days. No response. On 9/11/23 I called spoke to ***** and then *****, supervisor, and they are being processed. Continually said due to overwhelming response it is taking longer. I would like to be compensated for my rebates and invested time.

      I purchase Bud Light over Labor Day weekend. Submitted documents as required for $15.00 rebate. Recieved an email saying "You recieved a Virtual Prepaid card." The link in the email goes to another website called My PrepaidCenter. When this link is opened it says the code was redeemed. This is false as no credit was recieved or downloaded. No code was redeemed because the code did not initially even work. Additionally, there was never a credit listed under my account with Vitual Prepaid. Anheuser customer service was contacted and the agent claimed to know nothing about this and an email was sent to ******************************************** (the email adress where the virtual credit came from) but was returned since the adress was not taking responses from customers. Requesting the rebate for $15.00 as offered with validated documents that confirmed the purchase.
