Purchased 6 cases of 24 packs of beer for *******. All in the same day. ... I label all receipts with the number sequence (1of6, 2 of 6 etc) on each receipt along with how much the rebate is for the rebate number and tracking. This rebate was for 6. I purchased them in the time limit and sent them all in accordingly. Today two of them kicked out 1 for too many submitted and the other was for a receipt already redeemed? . I tried to call to find out why and mentioned to them i just need to pin point which one was rejected! Contacted a few that were clueless on how to help me! I am owed $10.00 as of now until i receive another kicked out rebate that no one can explain anything! Budweiser is made in America and should hire people that can understand and have simple communication skills. At this point Budweiser is still in the hole. I was able to pull up and verify your rebate ********** and **********. I'd be happy to mail you a check out for your $10 rebate. We ask that you please allow 2 to 3 weeks to receive. Let me know if you have any further questions"
replied with an email back on Monday Sept 18th regarding another issue i tried to talk to Customer Service about. Have not heard back.
Today is my last day to provide an answer to BBB. Of course they haven't responded and I wont see that $10 rebate for awhile if ever. Nothing has been solved on this.

Can you please help with a Rebate for $15 that Anheuser-busch was supposed to send me but they still haven't?
Rebate offer number is ** ****. For $15 back when you bought a 18 pack or Larger of Budweiser Family Packs. (Screencap of offer attached)
I did submit this rebate on Saturday 7/1/23 the same day that I purchase a qualifying purchase.
I was giving tracking number ********** (screen cap attached) which last time it updated was 7/11/23 and nothing sense and I still don't have my $15 even though it's been over 2 months now since I submitted the rebate into

I did try to chat with them on Tuesday 8/15/23 and that was no help. They claimed it was approved on 8/11/23 and I'd have it soon, 1 month later I still don't have it.
Please can you help me? I wouldn't have bought this item if I knew they wouldn't send the $15 they did falsely advertise.

I was to receive 2 rebates of $15 each in the form of 2 online credit cards. I cannot view the first card or have any access to log in or any capabilities to get the number, etc of the card. I have tried numerous methods and even tried the forgot password feature & it will not allow me access to the 2 credit cards. I just now tried to get the 2nd card which surprisingly it showed me the credit card as a new submission, but I cannot get or gain access to the first $15 card in any way shape or form.Business Response

I purchased Bud Light, submitted info and receipts and was validated and then did the Virtual card final filing to the InBev Budweiser virtual card company. They sais they awarded me a card, never sent info how to access and use it and I have no virtual card number to get into the site. I am sitting in nowhere land without a virtual card, no card number,
and no recourse. This is a poor way to offer rebates and the process is ineffective, cumbersome and unresolvable as it currently sits. This reflects poorly on InBev and I seek my $15 rebate. The Bud virtual card issuer has all the data and accepted that as valid. I simply cannot see or find a virtual card anywhere or a validated card number.Business Response

Honor the rebate - getting rejected with bogus reasons "invalid USPS" - what does that mean? I have a valid address, and can confirm I get mail all of the time.
From reading countless other reports on BBB, looks like Anheuser-Busch offered the rebate program but have no intention of honoring it - they'll make it as difficult as possible to actually get a rebate.Business Response
