    Technician came to home and tried to sell his services at a cheaper price than the business.Then he charged $100 for the call and would not give us a receipt.We tried calling business a few times, to report technician and to get the fireplace fixed, and no one could give us an answer . We asked for the owner or someone in charge and no one was available and never returned phone call. Meanwhile, fireplace is not fixed.These are very unprofessional and fraudulent practices. Please try to investigate this behavior, one only wonders who else has been taken advantage of.

    Paid a deposit of $1105 to secure my position on the schedule. Tech showed up for tuckpointing just before dark, we discussed and agreed to move the appointment. Have since been rescheduled and cancelled multiple times with minimal contact. Today received a text 2 hours after appointment stating I was rescheduled. I called to cancel and receive a refund. The agent on the phone stated that they'd need to review if materials were purchased before a refund could be issued. I stated that the invoice was for a deposit only. The agent then started shouting at me. When I asked her to not raise her voice then shouted that she wasn't raising her voice. The agent mentioned that they were fully bonded and insured and accredited on the BBB. I told her I saw their BBB rating, in multiple cities they aren't accredited I said I just had some questions. 1. What is the resolution? Agent shouted at me telling me they were trying to explain that and I didn't need to be negative. 2. What're the next steps? 3. Should I call or would they?

    We contacted the customer 16 days ago to refund 50 percent of the deposit.  Customer has not contacted us back.  We will be happy to reach out to the customer again.

    The technician claimed I needed a "deep clean" and that the gaps in my fireplace needed to be sealed. He did no deep cleaning other than a sweep of the debris. The sealing he did of the gaps in the fireplace was just some black spray paint that did nothing to seal the gaps. I'm pretty sure i just paid for someone to ruin my fireplace

    I asked for a chimney inspection. The technician said I needed a "deep clean" and that there were air gaps in my fireplace that needed to be sealed up. His deep clean was nothing more than sweeping the dust out and his sealing was some black spray paint that did nothing to seal those gaps. Im not even sure I can use my fireplace at this point because I have no idea what he sprayed in there

    Fireplace has not worked since he left. I have called four times and was put on hold for 50 minutes. I was told after I signed I would receive an invoice and I did not receive. Total scam.

    Hello, I wanted to add that this company boast numerous 5 star reviews.  However, there is no way to review or to add a review.  I am sure they are fake.

    I hired this company to do a chimney inspection and cleaning which occurred at my home on March 26, 2023. They charged me $523 for less than an hour of work. When I called back after paying for the service in order to obtain a copy of the receipt, I had to call back several times to obtain a copy. I was told I was not permitted to speak to an owner or a manager regarding my questions about the charges. When I tried to understand the basis of the high price for little amount of work, I was not provided with a detailed description. I believe this company is gouging customers with their pricing. I cannot locate an address for this company (which is suspect in and of itself) so I had to use my own address to file this complaint.
