5 starsThis review is long overdue. Veterans Home Care helped my father and I tremendously by helping us navigate the system to obtain benefits we didn't know he was entitled to. Everyone was friendly, helpful and supportive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any veteran or family member who is in a similar situation.Review fromAdam H

1 starAt 1st, they act very nice and professional. Then you deal with their main office in ********* and the VET is treated just like another #. Might have just well dealt with Veterans Affairs from the 1st place. After multiple different caregivers that they've sent out to the house for my father. They just stopped coming. Good thing or I thought, VetAssist offered me to work full time for my father taking care of him. And that I would be getting paid on a monthly basis for my actions. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS ACTION. I SAY DO NOT FALL FOR THIS ACTION!!! I warned you Now they don't even attempt to return phone calls or emails. Very unprofessional business all together and a waste of my time and my FATHERS. The name does not fit their business practices. "VetAssist" is a joke!!! I can only give 1 star but if I could give less, I would.Sad thing is, I use to have a fulltime job (60K) annually, and because of this company and promises. I've lost that job and can't drive to an actual new job because I've been diagnosed with epilepsy. Does the company care? NO IF YOU FALL FOR THEIR LIES... GOOD LUCKReview fromDonna J

All I can say it that ******* was absolutely amazing and very personable ….I was at a lost when I contacted their office and did not know what to do .I just knew I need some help and guidance for my daddy and this organization did that for us and I truly appreciate them for the words of encouragement and the great people they had taken care of my daddy

The absolute worst condicending woman i have ever talked with. This woman judged me IMMEDIATELY!!!! Remindede me of walking thru the airport where they spit at us and called us baby killers etc. when we came home.THis issue has eaten my **** for over a month. Dont remember her name, unfortunately, but I never want to talk with or recommend VETASSIST to anyone, least of all a veteran!!!!Veterans Home Care LLC

We sincerely apologize for the recent incident regarding ******************** 1-star review. Upon receiving his feedback, we promptly reviewed the recorded enrollment call to analyze and identify areas for improvement. Upon thorough review, we acknowledge there was a missed opportunity to assist and support **************** effectively. Consequently, we immediately contacted him to discuss the possibility of qualifying for ******************. To our delight, it was discovered that he indeed met the criteria. In light of this discovery, we immediately rectified the situation, offering our heartfelt apologies to **************** and successfully enrolled him as our valued client. Effective August 1, 2023, **************** will begin receiving care from Veterans Home Care. We have followed up with **************** to ensure that his experience with Veterans Home Care has been positive, and we are happy to report that **************** is very pleased.
