  I needed a copy of my Dad's DD214 so I could secure insurance through USAA. My husband had recently passed away and I needed to reduce my expenses. I believed I could get USAA insurance much less expensive. My husband was English and never served in the *** military, but my dad was in the service during WWII. I knew he had been honorably discharged, but he died 30 years ago and WWII was over 85 years ago! Where that record ended up was a mystery to me. I tried to search for it though many of the Veteran's websites, wasting about 4-5 months. When I found Aardvark, I knew I needed to find the $79 for their help. Within days I had an email from a really nice lady (*****) asking for more information. I explained everything I knew, but felt Aardvark was not going to be able to help me. She assured me that she would do everything within her power to locate my dad's records. A few days later I heard back from her. She said that the records had been lost or destroyed. :-( She continued that he had been given a medical discharge due to an injury that caused him to pass out at the sound of the large artillery guns. AND... she was having, not a copy, but ********* ***** (Replacement for DD214) document drawn up. I received it a couple of days later. USAA was familiar with this type of document and approved my application! I now have USAA insurance on my vehicles and as soon as my house policy expires, I'll transfer it to **** too. Thank you, *****, **** and ***** for all your help. You took so much pressure off of me. Aardvark is worth every ***** I paid them. God bless you all!

  This company accomplished wonders assisting our family! On our own, we were unable to acquire a copy of our fathers military service record or his discharge papers. The Aardvark Research Group worked tirelessly for over half a year and most importantly kept us informed of all progress. They have EXCELLENT customer service. They never gave up even when they hit a brick wall or two - they somehow found a work around and inched things forward. Our family is extremely grateful for their assistance.

  Thanks for the fast service. Tried the free route through the *** and after six weeks went this route. Took less than a week which included the Fourth of July. Well worth it.

  Wow is all I can say! I applied for the paper work myself two years ago!! never heard back from the dysfunctional fed gov ... found Aardvark through a gentleman helping me to apply for benefits for mom in less then 2 weeks I had what I needed..well worth every ***** I paid them which was not unreasonable.
