    My company has been using Aardvark Research Group for years (very successfully), but since covid, we no longer submit requests to the ************************ The turn-around time with Aardvark is lightening speed and they have had a 100% success rate in retrieving military records, and thats pretty amazing!

    This company is awesome! After seeing how long the process would be to get my husband's DD214 I had to search for an alternative. I ****** searched how to get the document fast and came across something saying you can use a research company. I came across this company who had nothing but positive reviews. After submitting the request the night before they sent me an email that morning. This was yesterday. We have an electronic copy of the DD214 today! They will be mailing out hard copies also. The communication was great all across. I would highly recommend them to anyone asking.

    They are excellent. They got things done duper quickly. About four years ago, I went through the “proper channels” by contacting the records folks in st. Louis, and have still not heard from then. I think it took 7-10 days to get the documents from/through Aardvark Research Group! Wow!!! Super folks.

    We paid for expedited for my husband's DD214. After 14 business days they informed us the copy they have is illegible. They offered ** the option of a refund or to wait for the microfilm copy. We responded a day later asking for a refund. Our email was never answered and today after a MONTH we get it in the mail. WE ASKED FOR A REFUND THEY OFFERED. THE *****FRAME WE HAD TO GET IT HAS WELL EXPIRED. And before anyone ask, no we did not submit a request through any other means before nor during because we were told it would "slow" the process.

    This customer had an illegible **********************. We were able to order his Master Personnel File from microfilm and get a legible copy of his DD214 placed into his personnel file, so he never has to deal with this problem again. It did take us about 30 days to do that, but it would take the government a minimum of 12 months.

    We were able to aquire his DD214 ONLINE 3 days prior to receiving it from your company In the mail. Wish we knew it was an option before contacting this company. Also. As stated earlier, YOU OFFERED TO GIVE A FULL REFUND IF WE CHOSE TO NO LONGER HAVE YOU RESEARCH IT. Your company chose to IGNORE our response to RECEIVE A REFUND. Why offer to give me a refund if you were going to ignore my response?
