      The St. Louis Post Dispatch is using deceptive business
      practices to generate ad revenue. Pops ups and redirects are
      increasingly used to expose paid subscribers to unwanted advertisement
      before being granted access to articles, editorials and Letters to the
      Editor. This practice has become more pronounced since the hostile
      takeover within the past year. PD controls the narrative in their
      publication but does not provide the agreed upon value for subscribers.
      As such, I notified the managing editor and others in the management
      structure of my displeasure and have received NO response.

      I don't know if we have a new delivery driver or what but I don't get my paper until 10:30 am. I call and complain, they will give me credit ad get in touch with the driver. The next day I get the paper----right in the middle of my street. Still not coming until 10:30. What is going to done about this?????????
