In May of this year, my husband and I switched to AAA from our old insurer: two vehicles, our primary residence and a rental house. We signed all the paperwork and paid in full.A few weeks later, I received a cancellation notice for the rental house because they had not taken the appropriate pictures, I called the *** agent and he said he would take pictures but they had to be taken that day. I was able to contact the renters and it was done. This month, we received a cancellation notice on our primary home owners insurance policy. I called our insurance agent and he looked at the issue. He said he had filed the paperwork properly and noted all previous and existing claims, but when my husband spoke to his supervisor he was eventually informed that one claim had not been noted. This increased the cost of that policy by approximately 25%. We were faced with no choice to pay the amount or lose our insurance. To us, this felt like a bait and switch scam. We switched insurers because they promised us an increase in coverage at a great price. We never would have made the move if we had known that our signed paperwork was meaningless and the price could be significantly increased at any time. If we had held back any information we would take responsibility, but this was entirely their mistake and we are disappointed that they took no responsibility for the cost..

11 phone calls, 3 1/2 hours wait, run around, no call backs, tow truck canceled 2 times, over 56 minutes on phone to get a tow! save your money, total waste of money and time for crappy service! could not be more disappointed!

They have no real agents. Expect to call and be on the phone for hours for even minor questions. CS is rude and disrespectful. I was able to find homeowners and vehicle insurance cheaper, and with better companies. *** tried to make me pay my entire premium up front. Now I switched and make monthly payments. Terrible company trying to save money by providing no service, having no agents or true underwriting and trying to force members to pay in advance. Stay far away from this company! The worst.

I was stranded in shorts and a T shirt while 48 degrees outside. Obviously it was my stupidity that I locked my keys in my car, I'm not negating that, but that is why I have the *** card, for dumb small mistakes like this. They told me 1 hour ETA, called me back after an hour and a half, then told me he was on his way, no one showed up for another hour and a half, I called and they said 20 minutes ETA 3 hours in (I was on a road very close to 2 towns, very far walk though surrounded by *****) I then called back after the 20 minutes was passed up by 15 minutes so 35 minutes. The lady was very rude after all I asked was "are they even coming"? She proceeded to say there were people ahead of me and I'm on a list(after stating a 20 minute, he is on his way LIE). I broke my window and grabbed my keys. I left and no one from *** called me, no tow truck driver called, zero contact from anyone even into the next day. If someone were to really have showed up I would have gotten a call asking me where I was or if I need services cancelled. If I was a senior citizen I could have died, they didn't care for my safety, they didn't care that it started at 8 pm(first call) and by the time I got home it was 2:30 am(when I walked through the door of my home). I don't know why people have this service or how they stay in business, they don't have even one good review. My first and last time spending my money with these thieves.

25 plus years and my deductible is ****** for my roof. These people are a joke. You dont get an agent so everyone you call you have to repeat yourself. No one cares because theyre gonna get a new person when you call back. I have two homes and a car covered with these guysnot anymore. 5 yrs ago I called on my 10 yr old roof over a small ceiling leak. *** came out and said my rid looks good and that I am responsible for the ceiling leak. Fast forward 5 yrs later and my 15 yr old roof now apparently looks like its 30 yrs old. Had they told me that 5 years ago I would have bought a new roof and saved myself a whole lot of money. $****** deductible!!!. Even the *** gentleman that gave me an estimate said that was crazy and he has never seen that before!!

*** does not care about your safety, which is especially concerning and frustrating considering the services I used my membership for. This company is truly out for your money and nothing more. I am now out $215 and have absolutely nothing to show for it, despite what I needed was UNDER WARRANTY. For context: In summer of 2023, my car battery died when I was nearly 40 miles from home. An AAA technician came to me, replaced said battery that then had a 36 month warranty. Imagine my frustration when, 14 months later, the battery dies AGAIN, leaving me stranded at 11 p.m. in a ***************** lot. I got a jump, took my car to my dealership who told me the battery needed to be changed. When contacting ***, they told me because I did not renew my annual membership, they could not honor the warranty. However, the customer service agent then said if I wanted to renew the membership, they could honor the warranty. So I reluctantly dished out the membership fee and listened for further instruction. It was not until AFTER I gave them my credit card information that they told me there would be a $125 'early use service fee.' I adamantly told both agents I spoke to that was unacceptable because I was not told about the fee ahead of time (mind you, they already charged me $90 for the membership fee). Despite all of this, when the AAA technician came to look at the battery, he said he could not change the battery because it was 'only at the end of life' not completely dead. So after all my hassle and money spent, I still have a dying battery that has not been replaced. Guess I'll just have to wait until I'm stranded in yet another unsafe environment for a long period of time to see if scam artists at *** will actually honor my warranty or if this truly was just a ploy to get me to pay them even more money for a defunct battery.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received from AAA Roadside Assistance. As the owner of a 1964 Convertible Chevrolet Impala, I am very particular about the handling and care of my classic vehicle, especially during situations that require towing.Recently, I experienced an issue with my vehicle's fuel pump, rendering it inoperable in my garage. Understanding the delicacy and specific needs of towing a classic car, I contacted AAA Roadside Assistance and explicitly requested a truck equipped with wheel lift attachments. This request was not only communicated directly but also included in the notes section for the driver to ensure no misunderstanding. However, when AAA Roadside Assistance arrived, they dispatched a flatbed truck that lacked the necessary wheel lift attachments. The driver, upon arrival, acknowledged having seen the notes specifying the required equipment. Despite this, he proceeded to request my driver's license for his system, clearly prioritizing his compensation over addressing the towing requirements of my classic car. Immediately after collecting my information, he left, offering no solution or assistance. This incident demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer service and professional standards. AAA Roadside Assistances actions were not only unprofessional but also showed a lack of care and respect for both my time and my vehicle. For a company that prides itself on reliable roadside assistance, this experience has severely tarnished my perception of AAA Roadside Assistance. The failure to send the appropriate equipment, despite clear instructions, and AAA Roadside Assistances indifferent attitude have left me extremely dissatisfied.I urge AAA Roadside Assistance to take immediate corrective measures. Customers rely on these services during critical times, and it is imperative that the company upholds the highest standards of service and professionalism.

I cant locate the address that is on the letter which list an address of AAA P.O.*************************************************************. May 4th I called many numbers one being and spoke with ******************************* very nice on the phone. I had a week of calling multiple insurance agencies to get the best reasonable price but I was determined not to pay the $288 or so with Allstate. So I was kind of disappointed that you had to pay for a membership before being able to pay for car insurance. I was so tired and stressed especially since their policy didnt include certain coverages the others did. I after speaking with ******** did reach out to two more agency and Saturday night decided to go with someone else ...Geico. I tried to reach ******** by phone and of course her voice message stated their policies cant be cancelled via voicemail ...I needed to speak with her directly. The amount was $229.10 for insurance and $57.00 for membership which was still a little only a few bucks cheaper than what Allstate was requesting. I couldn't reach her and we played phone tag until Monday May 6th and I told her to cancel the policy immediately. Monday May 6th at midnight Geico policy took effect. I also called her May 8th, May 9th &10th and was informed they would mail a paper check and to try and reverse the charges was fruitless since their transaction caused my bank to go into the negative. I called my bank but they claimed it couldn't be stopped once it pending status. I called May 16th to check the status and called the ***********, Ark AAA location and the representative stated ...its still active! I again called a few times and not reaching her decided to sent her a text to her personal cell number. When I did speak with her the excuse was the date of cancellation needed to be discussed because the underwriters are involved. She should have reached out to me prior to May 16 to obtain the information and now it will be another week or so to get that check.

On 3-29-24 my teens car stopped working on her way to work and she contacted AAA for help. She was stuck on the side of the road in a very concerning area in the *********.When she called for a tow to pick her & the car up, she was told it would be assigned to Advantage *********** would take 2hours even though she didnt feel safe. That was an excessive period of time to be stranded. AAA offered to call the police for her to sit with her until they arrive.2 hours?!The police do not provide such a ************* unreasonable to even to say that they would. When the tow company called they said it the arrival time would not be until 7:05 pm, which was a little more than 2 hours because they didnt have any workers. As soon as they arrived, they would send a truck. At this point,I left work to sit with my daughter out of concern for her safety. She called AAA back to let them know what Advantage ****** said & that there are no drivers working & she had to wait for 2 hours. We asked to please find another tow company to come help her.AAA said she would see what she could do, but we didnt hear back. 7:05 came and went.We kept calling Advantage for an ************* kept giving us later arrival times. Each of the 3 times they would say theyll call the driver & call back. They never did!Nor did the worker arrive.I asked to speak to the driver ************* refused. It is now dark & close to 9:00 pm.We called AAA back to let them know what was happening & the disbelief of being treated in such a way. I began to believe it was because of the neighborhood we were stranded in & they had no intent on coming at all.Discrimination? My teen recd a call from some other company. All American Towing, who AAA didnt know about. He needed addresses.Advantage gave the job to All American, arriving 4 hours later!!! Turns out they have the same owner. It is clear AAA is not providing adequate or no services in that area&is not being honest.A supervisor didnt even return my call in as promised!
