      Last two "emergency road side assistance" service from AAA were over 30 hour waits. ******* had trucks on site in 90 minutes each time. Manager said they contract with set companies for an area and had to wait until that company had a driver a available. ******* found someone and got them there. This is a fraud in my opinion.

      I made a request for roadside assistance at 3:30pm, was informed that a Tech would arrive at 5:35pm. I never heard another word and a Tech never arrived. I was left stranded and abandoned after being a premier customer for 15 years!

      On July 18, 2022 I drove to ******** **** ***** at **** ***** ***** ***** *** ****** ** ***** because the battery light was lit on my dash
      and I had no power steering or A/C. I was advised by their personnel
      that the serpentine belt was missing. My car was then dead and would
      not start. At approximately 1:00 p.m. I put in a call to AAA Roadside
      Service to request a tow to ***** ******* ****** ** ** ***** ****** ****** approximately 3 miles away and put in a call to ***** that my car
      would be arriving shortly. At 2:15 p.m. I called AAA to check on when
      the tow would be here and was told it would be here in another hour to
      an hour and a half. Bear in mind this is not occurring during morning
      or evening rush hours. A mechanic stopped to,shop,at ******** and was
      told I had been sitting there for hours. He came over and offered to
      fix it and would pick up the parts at a different ********. Then the
      AAA tow truck showed up at 4+ hours after the initial call. I sent the
      truck away and soon after the mechanic showed up, installed the belt and
      I was ready to go. After being a AAA member for 35 years I have now
      cancelled my membership.
