I moved into ******************* on April 8th 2024. I was approved for the house early March. When I contacted the realtor about what else did they need from me I didnt get no response for several weeks. I was calling the direct line and their office line and leaving messages to get some type of information, but i wasnt getting any response. Come around March 18th after I change my number I finally get ahold of Marandas direct line. She tells me that Ive been approved which I knew already cause I received the email. She then tells me the owner was dragging his feet getting thing together but if I wanted to move in right then I could. I told her I wanted to hold off until April 8th so I can get my finances in order. I send her a $900 deposit and filled out some paperwork through email. Then we both agreed on meeting at 9 am on the 8th of April for the key exchange. Still with all this being done I still havent even seen the house. Come April 8th the inside of the house is trashed only thing really finished is the yard but Im here to move in. She discount my first month 300 and that was all. I moved all my things in and things really got worse. The water pipes busted in the kitchen, ******************* because the house sat over winter. The stove was rusted out. Front door is leaking onto my living room floor to wear it drenches a dry towel in a couple minutes. And since its been like that for a while the door frame is molded out. Front porch railings or rusted off and or not even connected. The windows arent insulated to where ants are coming from every seem. Ive been consistently contacting them to get things done but hardly any response. They fixed the pipes after 5 days of no water when I first moved in. And just replace my stove this Saturday. Now, Im waiting for them to fix everything else and Im still not getting any response.

When **************** wanted to rent ******************** we stated that the home was not ready yet and we would let her know when it would be. We talked on a weekly basis and finally when she stated she needed to move in on the 8th of april, that we would have the home done by then. She went to view the home on April 3rd and sent over pictures of items she wanted to be fixed or completed. We changed out the base boards in the kitchen, the range hood, and ordered a brand new stainless stove that was delivered on April 13th. When she moved in the home was not cleaned and we credited her rent $350 for this mishap to help with the cleaning inconvenience.

Sadly the pipes in the home did bust after she moved in. We had a plumber out the same day to evaluate the situation. He came back the following day and replaced all of the plumbing in home including: pipes, kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet, bathroom tub spout, shower head, and water heater. We did this as fast as we could and was all completed in less than 3 days.

The owner tried sending out his Maintenance and the tenant told him not to return to her home. I spoke with her via text on Thursday 4/25/24 to tell me exactly what was remaining to be done in the home so we could send out one of ******'s 1st Choice trusted contractors to complete the work needed. She stated on 4/30/2024 what items are left to be repaired and that either Mondays or Tuesdays are best for her schedule.

In response to this we will have Maintence and pest control out next week to complete the items needed. The owner has also agreed to crediting the tenants **** rent in the amount of $895. This is in addition to the credit applied to Aprils rent in the amount of $350. Total amount credit to clients rent is $1245.

If the tenant is still unhappy in the home she does have the option to break lease and move out with zero penalties and receive her full security deposit back.

We did not talk on a weekly basis please stop lying. Ive been trying to contact **** constantly with no answer I have several text messages from this number & my old number with no responses from you guys at all. With all the things that needed to be done you guys didnt tell me the severity of the issue in the house. I was told that the owner didnt have an inspection and that was all. She told me that if I was willing to move in I could , I said no cause I wasnt ready yet which gave them time to get it inspected which was discussed on the phone. After that it took almost a week before I could even see that house and I had already sent the deposit without seeing the house once again. The maintenance men that they sent were rude and unprofessional  so yes I told the one who kept being unprofessional to not come back thats my right. However, I was told someone else was gonna get sent out because of that and nothing has happened. I keep getting false promises from this company. I shouldnt have to break my lease do yall job and fix my house. I dont care about the credit cause I can still pursue **** for the money I did spend and still is spending on this house. Ive had a license contractor come a look at this house and it wouldnt even be able to pass inspection. So yall need to come fix the the remaining things left which is a lot. Theres a whole 4yr old here and theres mold everywhere and I have documentation that Ive discussed this with yall. I can take yall to court for negligence.

I moved in to this apartment mid July of 2022. Per our lease agreement there is to be central air and washer dryer hook **** When I signed the lease, the ** units were not there (they had been stolen) but the property manager assured me that it would be replaced as well as the hook *** for the washer and dryer. I moved in and he changed his story, saying he is not going to replace those things. I had to buy an ** window unit. He bought a window unit too but it was no good. He hasn&#**;t made good on the washer and dryer hook *** either. I am spending a lot of money on going to the laundromat. I also have breathing issues, asthma and it is difficult for me to breathe due to lack of air conditioning.

My refrigerator went out and the appliance guy that checked it out said I need a new refrigerator. The landlord says there is nothing wrong with it and that they are not going to give me a new one. This one has mold in it. It obvious doesn&#**;t work. My food has been sitting on the counter for 3 or 4 days. I have kids here, this is not healthy.
