    I purchased a new construction home from C.F Vatterott here in the ********* area. Company link below.************************************************** If I could do it over again, I would have passed on dealing with these people.I feel that the West end residents that have recently purchased homes from CF Vatterott have been treated poorly throughout the purchase process because our neighborhood is predominantly minority.The Salesperson (***** *******), Project Manager (**** *********) and the superintendent are very dishonest people.The quality of construction in my opinion is below average. I have concrete issues with my front porch and walkway that the builder is refusing to address.I have brand new squeeking floors that the builder is refusing to address.I have other issues with my home that the builder is refusing to address.Bottom Line is this .Do Not Do Business with C.F VATTEROTT *************** NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VATTEROTT PROPERTIES.

    ******** was evicted in 6 days not to mention they had another tenants eviction paperwork on my door they never reply they never follow up they took all my assistance from different agencies and never sent receipts or follow *** on any balances or amounts paid remind you I have proof from the agencies but they will be shut down soon and Justice will be served thats foul also had the wrong lease over 2-3 years with different addresses smh they are the worst !

    ********************** account was sent to legal as her rental account balance was extremely large. She was sent several notices from the property manager and the attorney, months before the eviction took place. The phone number that we have for her is "restricted" so we could communicate via phone.
