    Our landlord is pregnant and asked us to call this company because she'd dealt with him before. He came out to look at a clogged drain in our basement and insisted he needed to get into the garage in order to fix it. While I obtained permission from our landlord, my partner broke into the garage. The entire process was done in less than five minutes, but by then he was back in his truck. I ran out to tell him we had access, but suddenly he was too busy to deal with us so he promised to come back the next day.
    The next day at 6:45 AM to tell us that he no longer had a drain cable. That seems rather odd for a "Drain King", particularly when the business name on the side of his vehicle, "Scope King", actually *sells* drain cables. This business cannot be trusted.

Drain King LLC is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
