    July 2022, we got some rain. The part of the building where I stay is only six stories high and I stay on the sixth floor. I could hear water dripping from the roof into the crawl space in my bedroom ceiling. Shortly after that it started dripping into my bedroom between the window and my bed. Then it started dripping over my bed and started filling the light fixture in the ceiling. The third leak started on the other side of the bed. With nowhere to move my bed, I put a piece of plastic over my bed and slept in the living room. On July 26, **************************************************** the ceiling (work order number is ****). A few days later a maintenance guy came and looked at my ceiling. I have not heard anything since. I called and asked if it was fixed because I haven't seen or heard any work being done and was told by the women who answered the phone that she didn't know to call back. A couple days later I called and was told the manager was not there. I called again September 28 and I told her I would like to know if the roof above me has been repaired because I don't want to wait till it rains again to find out that it is not fixed. I was told to give her my name, apartment number and phone number and she would have the manager to call me but nobody called.

    Leaking ceiling from leaking roof in need of repair. I file a work order but has not heard anything from them and every time I call, they tell me they will have the manager to call but nobody calls. I just keep getting the run around.
