      This company will lie to you and tell you that you will get this credit and that credit in so many months and then you can put that twards your loan and cut your payment in half. They promised me i would have both credits by the time my 1st payment was due.First payment was due one year after installation. Installation was December 2021. Its now april 24th 2023 and i have not received the **** credit. I just received a call from **** and this company just sent my paperwork to them in February 2023. So i have to wait another 9 months. I cant afford to pay this payment because i was told it would be chopped in half if i put my credits twards the loan. Thats hard to do when you dont receive the credits. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

      This company is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with, they lie about how the program works and how long it will take to setup. The system goes down and it takes weeks to get them out to fix. I have gone months emailing and calling them just to be ignored. They have switched management 3 times since 2021 due to to terrible performance they offer. Whatever you do stay away from this company. If the rating could be lower it would be.

      Looking in to solar, we did not know what to expect. We had three different solar companies come out and we decided on SOLIS ENERGY. We had a great experience from start to finish. ****, the project manager explained everything very thoroughly and made sure that we understood everything. We are very happy with the system and the installation. The total project took roughly 3 months from start to finish. We are loving out $12 electric bills each month!! Will definitely recommend using **** and SOLIS to all my friends and neighbors.

      This Company may be BBB approved but I have had to hire an
      Attorney to try to recover from the damage that has been done to my home
      by their subcontractor and their employees! I now have a roof that has
      been inspected by two reputable firms and has been found to not meet
      Code and has been installed improperly! I need a new roof now as it
      leaks in three places in the house I know of and may be leaking into my
      electrical panel as well. They been dodging me an hoping I just go way.
      They have the reports and are trying to not fix the roof replace the
      damaged decking and insulation and the ceiling in the house. The yare
      also trying to deny the MOLD that they have caused. IF you use them
      have money set aside for the legal fees!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! My
      star rating is to low for this they are a negative 5 to me!!!!
