I was shocked and frustrated to discover a hidden lien on our new vehicle, preventing me from registering it despite diligently paying required sales taxes included in our loan agreement, costing us over $3,000 out of pocket. Contacting ******** St. Peters for clarification, my interaction with *************************** was unconvincing. Initially denying the lien, she later admitted its existence but claimed it was resolved.Weeks passed with no resolution, prompting me to contact ************** authorities, who had no record of lien clearance communication from ********. Seeking clarity, I emailed ******* via ******************************* contact but received another contradictory call from *******, now denying the lien's existence.Throughout this ordeal, I encountered frustration and a lack of accountability from ******** St. Peters. *******'s dismissive attitude and blame-shifting intensified my frustration. Hearing a representative claim, "This happens all the time," was unsatisfactory, as it's not a common issue. Now, I'm burdened with a hefty loan and $13,000 in expenses for a vehicle I don't technically own due to ******** St. Peters' incompetence and refusal to take responsibility. I was warned by the ************** and ********* that my plates may not match the system, potentially leading to detainment during traffic stops. In conclusion, exercise caution with ******** St. Peters. If possible, explore alternatives. My experience with ******* and the dealership was marked by deflection and misinformation, lacking accountability. In today's world, it's disheartening to see businesses evade responsibility without integrity or accountability, falling short of consumer expectations.

Bommarito Cadillac Of St Peters is in violation of Title 15 U.S.C. 1605(a) and the ******** in that the price of my vehicle was inflated to give a larger compensation to the dealer and the bank by adding charges (GAP, Administration Fee) to the amount financed instead of the finance charge. This is a violation of Truth In Lending Act ******** because Regulation Z prohibits creditors from compensating loan originators for anything other than the credit extended and for steering consumers to unfavorable options for the sake of higher compensation. Fraud involves a false representation of facts intentionally designed to provide the Perpetrator (person aware of information) with an unlawful gain or to deny a right to a victim (person not aware of information). Dealer Bommarito Cadillac owes me $4,054.00 dollars of overcharge fees, F.T.C. violation payment of $50,120.00 and $2,000.00 dollars for the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act violation.
