2 starsI'm not really sure if **** and his associate were lying to me about this but I attempted to get a lease buy-out finance option and was told that they don't do it in ********. When I further questioned them they told me that it's a policy but I can't find the policy written anywhere. I leased the car from them and the lease end agent told me that the easiest thing I could do is go back to the dealership. Seems like they are deflecting and they told me that I'm on my own with financing.... Doesn't quite make senseReview fromMax P

1 starI would give zero stars if I could. This dealer is following the pattern of most dealerships with false advertisement. Black ************** as advertised with zero incentives informed at the price online, miraculously price increases as a wasted trip in person. I purchased a new vehicle in August 2022 and was told by *********** ****** and the finance guy as well that my only option was to finance through Hyundai Motor Finance (had nothing to do with my credit report) and that I can refinance through any institution after making 4 payments. So I did just that. I had a high interest rate of 7.4% but again was assured I could refinance after making 4 payments. After making my fourth payment I called Hyundai Motor Finance to get my payoff and i mentioned the four payment rule to the representative and he didnt know anything about it. And when I went to my credit union to refinance the employee said that its something the salesman/dealership just says because they make money off that too. Ive purchased 3-4 vehicles from this dealership over the years but this one will be the last.

You got an amazing price and purchase terms for your vehicle and it's sad when someone that doesn't understand gets a customer upset which is is what has happened in this case.
