    This review is related to the dealership and the extended warranty company who refused to repair a brake related issue. Extended warranties are not held by the auto dealer/manufacturer and instead by 3rd parties capable of holding consumers hostage. Let's see if local news media has an interest in the story.     Terrible customer service. They would not honor my warranty on my Hyundai either! They were also rude to the tow truck driver.

    If I could leave a zero I would My issue is with the service department I had a mice nest in the engine and there was a bad smell they found the source of the smell which was a molded onion but they didnt remove the mice nest. I had several conversations with the service guy reiterating about the mice nest I got the car back with the nest still in tact but didnt know this until my daughter saw it was still there I called the service supervisor **** who didnt believe me and wanted pictures he saw the photos and at same time my daughter posted a video on TikTok he immediately called me and told me that my daughter was immature and because of the video he dumped me as a customer and would not correct the problem sometime later his boss called and tried to gaslight me my daughter is very active on TikTok and has more than a million followers and dealership knew this

    *********************, your initial complaint when you brought your vehicle to us was the vehicle had an odor, possibly from a rodent issue and you said it could even be a nest. We investigated and found the source of your odor which was not from a rodent, but from some rotting onions and assorted vegetables which had rolled under your front seat and had been there for quite some time. We sympathized with you because you said you couldn't smell this because of a medical condition, and we discounted the check out/solution found fee to $85. It would have been wonderful if when you found the nest, that you just brought the car back in, we would have happily just removed it. Instead, this hasn't been a pleasant experience for either of us. We've been unable, after several sincere attempts to discuss this with you and your daughter. We sincerely wish you well.     This place is a joke bought a 2022 Hyundai venue wanted to pay cash they said no had to get a loan told me to sign papers never told me the papers I was signing was adding ******* to the price. Got home that day and called them back told them didnt want gap ins or extended warranty. They said too late to take it off they waited until 1st payment was due meanwhile I am paying a whopping ***** a day for interest when I wanted to pay in full when 1st payment was sent I paid the 1st payment on July 7 wasnt due until July 25 and still paid ****** in interest. I sent a check for ******** on a car they told me would be ******** total and they still charged me all that interest when I only had the car for about 3 weeks when it was paid off

    ****************, your service contract and gap insurance that you purchased, and signed for, was cancelled at your request the next day, as we told you we would. We also explained that by financing the vehicle, you could purchase the vehicle at MSRP, not the thousands over MSRP that other dealers are charging. Our customers are happy to purchase their new vehicle in this fashion, so that they are only paying a few hundred in interest, vs 5000-10000 in the sale price. This also saves you money when you pay sales tax on the vehicle, and in resale value at the time you trade in, down the road.
