    Deposit of $500.00 paid to buy a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 was paid on October 6, 2022. After further research by searching the VIN on Google I found a picture of the same truck. The truck had sustained much more damaged than 74 Auto disclosed and also the way they had it advertised. After further investigation 74 Auto made the damage to the truck look like it was a easy fix.

    Customer agreed to these terms before doing a deposit. We replaced a tire is all so the unit will run and drive. Customer never showed up and went over the deposit time frame.

    This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If the purchaser does not follow through on the purchase of this vehicle, this deposit will not be refunded.
    If the purchaser follows through with the final purchase of the vehicle, the deposit will be applied toward the purchase price of the vehicle.
    74 Auto LLC will only accept payment via wire transfer or cashier's check. Full payment will be made by purchaser within 5 business days. If full payment is not received by the end of fifth (5th) business day, vehicle will be re-listed and re-sold, and 74 Auto LLC will retain the deposit.

    I am rejecting this response because:  The vehicle was advertised as an easy build and fix, when after further investigation it was damaged more than was disclosed.  You know you replaced more than just a tire!  Wish you ran a business more honest!
