    We had a pop-up baseball tournament this past weekend and I quickly booked this hotel. NEVER AGAIN! We get there, get checked in and head to our room. On our way we noticed the pool was completely drained (my reason for booking was for the pool) We used the card to open the door, and it wouldn't budge, it was as though something was blocking it on the inside. My son had to use his shoulder to get it to open. Then when we get inside the room was not very clean. We immediately went down to the front desk and let her know that we wasn't staying. The lady at the front desk gave me a card and told me to call on Monday and get a refund. I called this morning (Monday) and ***** the manager stated the pool is seasonal and they haven't been able to get it up and going because of all the rain (which is crappy because the other hotel we stayed at the pool was working just fine) she stated I booked the room not the pool, I said no I booked the hotel because of the pool. She was rude and ultimately refused to give me a refund. So, I have to pay for a room we didn't even stay at but maybe 30 seconds.I would DEFINATLEY not stay at this hotel!
