    I ordered two chair pad massage, one shipped to my son who is in the military and the other one shipped to me. Orders were received between Feb 7-10. The one sent to my son was completely defective and inoperable. The one I received was so loud when in operation that it was unusable. I sent an email with the order numbers requesting a refund and address where these could be returned. No response. I have tried calling the number listed on the website multiple times on different days. Number is always busy. I sent two contact forms through the website contact us form. I went on the website and left a negative review after multiple attempts to contact this company and coincidentally received an immediate response asking if the review was legitimate...but not addressing the issue. I simply want to return the items for a full refund as they have NOT been used because they are inoperable!

    I place an order November 22nd, 2024, for an Orthopedic Cervical pillow excellence for neck care. This is not the pillow that was shown in the picture online. The package was flat as a pancake, this is not the pillow that I order. I send them an email twice asking to email me the return label so I can return it back and to credit $49.92 back to my credit card. I haven't received the return label in order to mail it back to this company. Kidy Mommy is not a professional company. They will credit your card before they even send you the product. ******* *******.

    Order was made July 2024...for lifesaver apparatus but 2 get one free...for *****...was charged on my bank statement...under kidymommy yaulee *********...still have not received item called but just get voice mail left message no call back also sent to their email also no response all I want is to get my money back or the items....my name is ******************************* so the order was either on that name or my dad's *************************... your help is greatly appreciated...my email is ****************** or ph# ************...home ad**ess is ****** Ligustrum ** *****

    I purchased some Lifevac masks from this fraudulent company on 11/30/2023. I was not aware the products came from China as the company's address specifies I have received nothing but the run around as well as a fraudulent tracking number in which I verified with my post office in Bonney Lake WA.I also notified my credit card company and they informed me that they bill out of London and charged me an international fee as well without my consent. I just want my money back and to warn others of this company. This is the phony tracking number ( ************* ).

    Ms ******* ******** has ordered from our website Anti Choking Devices and she has been asking for delivery time and we were doing out best to provide her with the information.

    She has not been patient before receiving her package on December 22 nd. Attached you will find her email stating that she received her package. To double check you have her tracking number here ************* that can be tracked here **********************.

    So our company is not a fraud, we deliver what we offer on our website. And for the international fee that she is indicating we have no idea about it. All what we charged is clearly stated on our website, no hidden fees are there

    BBB,

    In response to the Company (Kidy Mommy). I have a few things: The first is I called my credit Union due to getting the constant run around regarding where my masks were and they informed me that 

    I was charged twice and one was an international fee out of London. Then the company Kidy Mommy or whomever sends me tracking information from China, talk about misleading and confusing to the customer.

    After 3 weeks I finally received my package and to make things even more confusing , the package came from  a personal address in California. I was more than patient and these were gifts that never were given on

    Christmas because they were weeks late and I had to overnight each of them to different states. For all the hassle, emails, back in forth, having to contact my credit union, to keep an eye on this company, having to overnight the masks

    due to them being late which was after Christmas. To say I was impatient is ridiculous. This is not what customers should have to go through when ordering from this company. To add to this mess every time I tried to actually call the number listed on their

    site, they hung up on me. Honestly I should be refunded just for the trouble they caused me and the international charge in which I did not authorize. I will never be shopping here ever again nor will any of my friends or people I know. I am thankful I finally

    received my masks and love them. They are a great tool in an emergency in which my family in the past has needed these masks, which is why I ordered them in the first place.
