      This is the email I have sent 2x since Weds May 03, 2023.( The store location of this business is ******************************************************************************************************).( The store location of this business is ******************************************************************************************************).Good morning *****,Just reaching out after talking with ****** about the the situation with my account. I left for ******* on 05 Sept 2022. A few days before, I came into the Battlefield location and asked the employee at the desk to cancel my membership completely and close it out. I left and a week or so later my wife emailed me and said we we're still being charged at $35.00 for Sept 2022. I told her just wait and see if this happens again for Oct 2022. I spoke with her in mid October and she said it happened again. My wife also said she called the location and asked about this and was told by an employee that I (*****) would have to come into the store in person. I just got back to the states on Sat 29 Apr 2023. So as it stands now I have been charged $315.00 for a service that I have not used since Sept 2022 when I cancelled my membership in person. I understand mistakes can happen and we are all human so I see two ways we can resolve this very simply. My wife and I are traveling to ***** in late May and would both like to have some good color for the trip. So what if we both had the top package your salon offers for say 35 days and we call it even. Or if that somehow cannot be done then cash is always accepted as well. I like your salon ,the staff is great and your business is always clean. I do not want this to be a issue for either of us. Sorry for the long email.This is the email I have sent 2x since Wed May 03, 2023.
