    the date of the transaction was 2-24-25. i had a full mouth extraction excluding 3 wisdom teeth and 4 premolars on the bottom. immediate dentures were placed and rhey werent usable, the bottoms were made bad and a dental tech admitted to them being made wrong. a few days after my extractions my swelling had gone down and i noticed that Dr. ***** had broken a premolar tooth during exteaction and said he would fix it for free. the dentures have not been touched for 3 weeks by them and they ignore every chance i have texted them about issues involving my mouth after a big surgery. the bottoms are $395 and totally unusable, the permanent dentures i have a payment plan on but they threatened to transfer my care because of the issues i had with my mouth. the desk ladies are no help. i paid $700 as a down payment and they haven't kept their end of the deal, even with signed papers i have about the care i was going to receive after the dentures were placed. they charged my insurance and i would like a refund because the prostetic and the care i received was not worth the mental anguish and emotional tremor.

    The dentist has me on a special mouthwash for my implants. My pharmacy can not reach them to renew prescription, and I have been trying for a week and a half with no success. I have left messages and still no call back. I keep calling from 7:00 am till 5:00pm with no luck. Still no answer and no call back.

    I recieved a letter from a complaint that was filed on 08/29/2022 with an ID of ******** from *****************************, I have contacted ****************** and resolved the issue and we discovered he was calling the wrong telephone number. I gave him the correct number and called his refill for his prescription immediatly, Thank you
