We love the floor they installed (It's been a few years), and we loved working with them until the last day of installation. We have cameras on our house, and my husband tends to have the live view showing on one of his extra monitors all the time when he's working remotely. The last day of our flooring installation he witnessed 2 of the 3 installers loading 5 boxes of our flooring into their truck. He came upstairs and asked one of the guys if we were getting a credit for those 5 boxes. This guy said my husband will have to talk to the other guy about it and immediately went outside and started texting. I got home soon after that, and ***** told me what had happened and showed me the video. While they were packing up, I asked the other guy about the boxes. He said they were accidentally dropped off at our house but belonged to a different job. He said I could ask ****, who is the owner or manager. The next day I called and spoke to one of the ladies in the office. I had a picture of the boxes that were delivered, and we were charged for what was delivered, so the boxes didn't belong to anyone else. She said **** was out, but she would talk to him about it. She called back the next day to say they did think those boxes went to another job, but they found their lost 5 boxes in the warehouse. My husband and I do not believe what we were told because the video tells the story with the actions of the installers. The few people who have seen the video agree they were stealing the boxes. They were moving quickly, looking into our garage each time to see if anyone came out, and closed the truck bed cover over the boxes as soon as they were loaded. My husband and I wrote an email stating our thoughts and how we thought the installers should be disciplined. We NEVER heard back except to get our final invoice, which credited us for the boxes. We believe **** Flooring allows or encourages this behavior and that is wasn't specific to the installers at our house.
