      Just stay away. Do not touch them with a 10 foot pole. They want over $5k for a front door and cannot even send me a professional, itemize invoice for parts and labor. The 'project manager' or whatever they call themselves has now left me with no response for a week and a half. Just ignore these people if they come to your door. I know that is what I will be doing from now on.

      I ordered a new patio door in April just received it two weeks ago. Was told the company thats makes them, the machine that they use was broken and they were waiting for it to be repaired. You would think they would have used a different company verses making a customer wait 7 months to receive it and once it Was installed the screen roller isnt working and it has to be replaced with a new one. I havent heard anything in regards as to when that will be received and installed! Very frustrated with this company!

      Extremely rude door to door salesman ignored my no solicitation sign. Told me he is not soliciting...but then started asking about replacing my fence. Had to ask the guy to leave multiple times...he was extremely inconsiderate...even my kiddo asked what was wrong with the guy. I would definitly consider this harrassment.

      Great experience and transparentadvised it would *********** to 8 months to have 16 windows replaced7 months later received call to schedule installation. Everything thing was explained and installer was on time, cleaned up mess, and was very detail oriented when cutting/installing the flashing around window frames.

      ******** gave me an estimate on my roofing. He answered all my questions and was easy to work with. I feel like I got a good deal on a new roof. The roofing crew was on time and worked very hard all day. They were easy to talk to, polite and answered any questions I had. They did a good job of cleaning up after they finished.

      We are really enjoying our new windows. The process was much smoother than we ever imagined. The workers had the whole house done in just one day We are already seeing a great cost savings in our utilities bills.We highly recommend Midtown Home Improvement for any of your home projects

      We had a great showing and pricing done the sales person and he answered all the questions we had from our research The team communicated when they would be here and they hit the time frame! They rocked out installing our two big windows at the front of our house like it was nothing amazing job and no leaks a month into it.We highly recommended midtown for window installation!I think we will also talk to them about our deck too because this experience went so well!

      Midtown is worth it. Quality products/materials, knowledgeable staff, amazing communication throughout the project, and ultimately a company and people who really care about the outcome of your project. 10/10 would recommend

      We had them over today to give us a bid. We were very impressed with the company credibility and quality of materials they use. They were very knowledgeable in talking us through even the design process for a new deck. We signed a contract on the spot and wait to see our new deck. A big thank you to *************************** and *********************** for answering all our questions!
