    Applied Nov. 2nd - At time of application I was told that the linemen were all caught up and that it would be actually less than the usual two and a half week timeline. Unfortunately this shortened time frame was not accurate and with Thanksgiving we were delayed until Nov. 29th. I then called the next day and was told that it only takes 24 hours to come online on PCEPA's end and that I would receive a phone call the next day to schedule a time for final installation. I was under a time crunch and ended up going with a national corporation that provided internet access within two days. The phone call that was supposed to be received on Nov. 30 or Dec. 1 did not happen until today Dec. 19th. That is 20 days since exterior installation. I would like to add that I did call several times and each time it took several call attempts to connect it seems there is an issue with the phone line as well which was a big contributing factor in my decision.

    They failed to reply or review why they dropped the ball so hard. However I did just receive another Members bill to my email containing the members name, address, account number, and member number. Red Flags All Over
