We had a house fire on 06/03/2023, my insurance company USAA arranged for CRDN to take care of the textile items in the house. I received a call from **** with the company, she and a coworker met me at the house to discuss the process on 06/13/23. We spent some time discussing everything and I thought we agreed upon what would be taken from the house and what I would take care of myself. I gave specific instructions as to what I wanted to be expedited from my daughter's room and what I wanted removed from my room ONLY. Upon my return I noticed that they had taken EVERYTHING! Things that were not mentioned during the consultation. When I noticed this, I contacted **** via phone and text to discuss the discrepancy on 06/14/2023. She gave me the direct number to speak to ******, their office manager. I informed her that there was a discrepancy as stated above and about the amount of money that was available to them. We had an indebt discussion regarding all of this. They thought it was a $17,000 budget, but it was only $10,000 remaining from the previous payout of other things. I was under the impression that the insurance company would receive a quote and that we would agree upon the amount to be spent. I asked ****** for a quote based on the amount of the things that were collected, due to the remaining balance. She quoted that it would be roughly $6-7,000, I agreed to that amount. She offered for me to come to the facility to remove some of the items to lessen the cost. I did that. Upon completion of their services my insurance adjuster contacted me to inform me that their bill was $12,900 doubling the quote. I have so many missing items that were not listed as unsalvageable. I have been trying to correct this but have been lied to by both ****** and now ******* regarding the adjustments and given the run around since July 09, 23. It is now Oct 23. I want this situation rectified and to be refunded the difference, so I can replace our missing things.

We had a house fire on April 23 2023. CRDN came in to take all our clothing to attempt to clean it. They disposed of most of our furniture that was unsalvageable and took a few pictures and a few pieces of furniture to attempt to clean them. About 2 weeks later, they returned 15 items of our emergency clothing. These still smelt of smoke and the delivery man told us they were backed up so they took them to a local dry cleaners. When I finally got CDRN to contact me back, they came to pick up the returned clothing to try again. At this time, they returned an exercise bike to me that was covered in soot. Again, we contacted CDRN with photos and videos documenting the soot that transferred to a finger after just touching the bike. After several more contact attempts, our case manager named Art, called back apologizing and asking for a third chance to clean our items. At this time, I told him to please return all items as is and to stop the cleaning process all together. I also asked for an inventory of all items and the bill they were sending to State Farm. I was told I would have the inventory, the bill, and all belongings delivered the following Monday. I have received an incomplete inventory, missing the majority of the items. We have yet to receive any of our belongings or have any idea of what we are being billed. They have promised the return of our items and the bill every Monday for the last 3 weeks. I have left several messages, none of which have been returned.

We had a house fire back on November 10 2022 our insurance company USAA had CRDN of the midsouth as the company to come clean and take items that could be cleaned and stored until we could get into a home. CRDN of the midsouth has thrown away all items that were to be salvaged and did not clean out clothing. They brought boxes and I mean over 100 boxes of clothes that smelled like smoke that they come picked up said to have cleaned again and brought back just for me to go through again and find that they once again were not clean ( had cat hair on them) they had thrown out all furniture insurance company told them to salvage and brought back items that were supposed to have been thrown away. They claim to have been working out to find the issue and have now offered to give me a lousy *****$ to replace all clothing and furniture which I sent some receipts showing Ive already spent ***** buying what I could to replace some of the items we had to have. This doesnt cover personal items or any clothes for my family of 7. They are also wanting to only give part of that ***** and keep 30% for depreciation which makes no sense at all. They are crooks. Weve been through h*** already with our house fire. I dont know what they are doing with people things but we didnt even get all our items back where are the items that had nothing wrong with them? I dont believe we are the only victims with this company
