Pattern of Complaints
According to the information in BBB files, this company has a pattern of complaints alleging customer service issues, delivery issues, contract and refund issues. Specifically, consumer complaints allege they responded to a Facebook Advertisement under the name Pharmacy Technician. It was a one-day class for the cost of $120 dollars to be paid up front and an additional cost of $30 dollars for a background check, to expedite the process. Consumers report the class consisted of 5 or 6 math problems, but nothing to do with pharmacy technician training as the advertisement stated. The advertisement also stated students would have a guaranteed access code to take the pharmacy, test and also guarnteed job placement.
Consumer complaints further allerge when they tried to contact the business by phone to determine the status of their temporary license, they were unable to speak with the instructor. Consumers report when messages are left, the business fails to return calls, emails, and text.
Consumers
also report when Central Mississippi Pharmacy Tech School state director was contacted
to schedule their test, he threatens to cancel their test code. Consumers also
report he has taken screen shots of advertised jobs, which have nothing to do
with pharmacy technicians. Consumers also report he is conducting the background checks
himself, not contacting the FBI, as stated to students.
On
November 7, 2019, BBB contacted the company seeking their voluntary cooperation
in eliminating the pattern of complaints.
Despite BBB's attempts to gain this business' voluntary cooperation in addressing the pattern of complaints, the company failed to respond.

According to the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy this is what is required to become a pharmacy technician. "Every person who intends to serves as a pharmacy technician must obtain a pharmacy technician registration from the Board. To obtain a pharmacy technician registration the applicant shall meet the following conditions for each Pharmacy Technician Registration issued after April 1, 2011: A. Have attained eighteen (18) years of age; and B. Be a high school graduate or hold GED equivalent and furnish copy of such certificate to the Board; and C. Be of good moral character as evidenced by having undergone and successfully passed a criminal background check conducted by the Board; and D. Have submitted a written application including a passport quality photo on a form(s) prescribed by the Board; and E. Have paid the initial registration fee not to exceed one-hundred dollars ($100.00); and F. Have paid all fees associated with the criminal background check; and No Pharmacist whose license has been denied, Revoked, Suspended, or restricted for disciplinary reasons shall be eligible to be registered as a Pharmacy Technician."
